The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. The accommodation is served by a panoramic terrace. Beyond the terrace there is also a portion of the garden with a lawn and a masonry shower.
