Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Barano d'Ischia

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We particularly remember the magnificent view with unobstructed views of the sea, the soothing tranquility and the ideal location. The small cottage is a cozy retreat for relaxing days and a good starting point for excursions. Pierfrancesco also gave us valuable tips for culinary experiences. The apartment is well equipped; however, there was a small problem with the boiler during our stay. Pierfrancesco took care of it quickly and easily and offered a great solution so that we could enjoy our stay without restrictions. Thank you Pierfrancesco!

What can I say about this slice of heaven? The view was the best I’ve seen. The little pool was perfect, the big outdoor table and bbq so inviting to use. Comfy beds, huge kitchen, clean bathroom. Just what me and my friend needed for a week’s holiday! A bit of a walk up a hill so be mindful of that. Easy to get there - ferry from Naples, then the no. 6 bus to Nik Bar (€14 for a week pass). 20 mins walk up to Trattoria Il Focolare (featured on Stanley Tucci’s programme) and 20 min walk down to Tenuta del Cannavale for a natural wine tasting. Accommodation with all the amenities, a breathtaking view, towards the bay of Naples and large Marina. Bus stop a few meters away and 10 m from the port walking. Magnificent attention, with drink and everything you need for breakfast on the days of our stay. The host and Lucia are very helpful at all times helping us spend some fantastic days in Capri. Had an absolutely wonderful stay! Annamaria’s place was spacious, homey, well stocked and had a lovely outdoor patio. The place is even better than the photos! She gave great recommendations for activities around the island as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

Mrs. Rosanna was a great host, she gave us directions, welcomed us into the house upon arrival, she was friendly and always available in case of need. Villa l'Ardita - "The Daring One" lives up to its name! This Airbnb offers an unforgettable adventure in Capri. The journey to the villa is challenging, with numerous stairs and switchbacks, but the payoff is absolutely worth it. You'll be rewarded with the most breathtaking view on the entire island, surpassing even Mt. Solaro. Mariarosaria, the host, is incredibly helpful and responsive. She provided detailed directions and multiple videos to guide us to the property. The villa itself is spacious, with ample outdoor areas and great privacy. While not suitable for those with mobility issues, Villa l'Ardita is perfect for adventurers seeking a unique experience and unparalleled vistas. The trek is demanding, but it's part of what makes your stay so special. If you're up for a bit of a climb and want to experience Capri from a truly spectacular vantage point, this is the place for you. The memories and photos will last a lifetime!

Wow! This place exceeded our expectations by a long way. The communication was great but to get picked up from the port was a nice unexpected treat. Francesco gave us the short ride to the apartment and then introduced us to Ischia Dreams by way of Google translation, which was fine for us. The space we rented was cosy and the perfect size for us with all the amenities we needed. The outdoor terrace that we sat, and ate at, each night had a fantastic view. Watching the light from the sun going down to be replaced by the lights rising from the Town is spectacular. The town centre and port is 10 minutes walk from the apartment and from there you can catch the bus to anywhere on the island, wander around Ischia port or grab food and drink from the many bars and restaurants that line the port or the main streets in town. We had a fantastic stay at Ischia Dreams which had a perfect end when Francesco gave us a lift back to the port. Molto bene!

Awesome place, Beautiful views of the Harbor, close to the city Square of Capri, funicular, taxi stand and the Bus station. Host gave us some very appreciated recommendations including an incredible private boat tour around Capri at a very reasonable price. A lot of restaurants very close, along with bakeries, and markets. I would love to stay there again,

We were 5 people and the truth is that we were very comfortable and we felt at home. Antonio was very attentive and anything we had at the moment was to fix/help. Very good location, in 10-15min maximum walking, you arrived at the napoli central station. I would definitely recommend it!!

The apartment is very large, very well maintained and we also felt very comfortable in the position (to stay between locals). You could have stayed there for a long time. Chiara is very quick to respond and nice. Only the windows in the bathrooms were a little broken, so you couldn't ventilate as well. This should be repaired because of course it is important in the bathroom. Otherwise the apartment is wonderful.

I thank Maria for the exquisite hospitality and I plan to return, excellent value for money.

Our stay at The Cave far exceeded our expectations. Yes, it was clean, easy to check in, and matched the description. What stood out were the details of the space and the host. Each corner of the home perfectly captures the heart of Naples. Additionally, The Cave’s host, Attilio, was arguably THE best host I have encountered. From check in to check out, he made sure we were comfortable and welcome. Highly recommend staying at The Cave and huge thank you to Attilio!

on the whole great stay - but 2 flights of stairs so limit your luggage and no parking on street - car park around 40 euros per night so dont hire a car if staying in naples city..........

The house is a dream! Thoughtful decor, very spacious, but above all great views and inimitable location. You sleep with the sound of the sea! There are all the necessary elements to feel at home. Host always present and responsive to every question. Highly recommended!

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Naples. It is close to transport links and the historical centre of Naples. The lift is a great asset. There is a mini bar on the communal terrace which was very kind of Fabio to provide.

We booked Dede's place to be able to sleep well, work and go out in the evenings. It was absolutely ideal. When one of us was ill, Dede immediately recommended pharmacies and always stayed by the phone to help. The flat is gorgeous! extremely clean. The kind of place you want to keep clean when you stay there just to enjoy it more. 10/10, absolutely recommend. Thank you Dede!

Communication with Vincenzo's was great, the house was as described and we enjoyed the space and the quiet neighbourhood. You need a car but the motorway is not far to do visits around Naples and the beach is 5 minutes drive.

This was a great place for our group of 6. Very roomy, with beautiful views of the water. Salvatore is super helpful and communicative. The town of Forio is a quick scooter/car/taxi ride from the house and had everything we needed, including the Alilauro ferry to and from Napoli.

Beautiful place near center. Be ready for a little climb from the street, and if you visit in the off-season, it gets cold at night. Ask for blankets before if getting cold easily.

This villa is everything it says. I loved that it was a little away from the crowds down in Capri and yet very easy to walk into Anacapri for whatever you want to do. It’s a great place for a large family or four couples! The pool was very well kept and refreshing. Bruna was the most gracious hostess and we loved the stocked fridge.

Very nice cottage with a tollem garden. The hosts are extremely caring. For example, there was a custom-made guide to the island that included fantastic restaurant tips. Furthermore, we were personally picked up at a meeting point and would not have warned Guiseppe in time that our return ferry does not run as planned due to the weather, our flight would probably be canceled without us. So overall an absolute recommendation!

It was a great accommodation and Pamela is a great host. For sure we will come back soon. The garden was exactly as described and full o things to do. Thank you, Pamela for being there and helping us with everything!

We loved Sissi and her beautiful property! Great restaurant recommendation at La palette where we met a lovely family that were friends of hers and made us feel like part of the family. Incredible stay! However, be warned, you must be prepared to travel via taxi or have your own car! I unknowingly booked without realizing how inaccessible by foot / public transport this location is. But that was on me. About 30 min car ride to Naples. The space on the other hand is quite large, lovely, homey and romantic. The host is INCREDIBLE! One of the nicest people I’ve ever met. She offered to drive us to a pizza spot after our late check in, knowing that some of us were hungry. She even set up a taxi to pick us up from the airport, since she knows we don’t speak the language. Went above and beyond and felt so welcomed. All in all, great stay, phenomenal host, and romantic scenery.
