Вилла находится в парке GWK, центр Букита, практически на самой высокой точке полуострова. Соседей мало и они все достаточно далеко. Собак, петухов, храмов, строек близко нет. Вилла построена в пяти уровнях и представляет две автономные виллы, которые могут использоваться как вместе, так и раздельно. Нижняя вилла с одной спальней европейского типа( закрытая кухня-столовая с кондиционерами) с большой лужайкой на которой реально летают бабочки. Второй уровень это разделение вилл, то есть сверху не видно что на нижней вилле и наоборот. Три верхних уровня это трехспальная вилла с открытой кухней и руфтопом с шикарным видом. Вилла построена и оснащена качественно, то есть толстые стены, окна, хорошие материалы, мебель, техника и т. д. Хороший стильный дизайн, единая концепция, включая посуду и постельное бельё, много уместных деталей интерьера. Работники находятся рядом, то есть все вопросы моментально решаются. До любой точки на Буките 15 минут на авто. Мы не первый раз на Бали. На Буките таких вилл, которые здесь называют "лакшери" не так много, в основном они в районе Семиньяка, но там шумно. И если вам нужна тишина и покой то здесь отличный вариант.

My family had an unforgettable stay at Villa Ziba! With ten of us in total, we were amazed at how spacious and comfortable the villa was—we never felt crowded or in each other's way. A huge shout-out to Eka and the incredible staff, who made our experience truly special with their exceptional hospitality!

Loved the time spent at the Villa. The seperation between the bedrooms and the dining was a feature of the layout. The pool was amazing as well. We were in our own cocoon when we chose to stay at the Villa. The Staff was super helpful and the b'fast at the Villa is a great added bonus and takes away the hassle esp if you have kids. Virginie was easy to contact and quick to respond for any requests. Overall, loved our stay!

We just got home from an 8 night stay at the Pearl of Bali villa. We were extremely satisfied with this villa! Everything looked just like the pictures if not better. Very clean and the perfect location. It’s just minutes from Eat Street but just far enough that we weren’t able to hear the noise from the city. It was quiet and peaceful. Anna and her staff were very friendly including the cleaning lady and the pool guy! She lined us up with a private driver for the duration of our stay. His name was Sandu and he was amazing. Very prompt and brought us anywhere we asked to go and also stopped to show us things we didn’t know about. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone!

Great location and beautiful villa. Vanessa is great host, responsive. Fruits and refreshing beverages were at fridge, waiting for us. And the christmascake as gift was amazing.

Very enjoyable stay. Excellent location. Location was very peaceful and although it is a bit of a walk to central Ubud it is walkable and there are plenty of other facilities, cafes, restaurants, massage/beauty spas nearby.

The villa is really nice and clean. because of the humidity there is mold smell in the room . Their service is wonderful. They re so friendly. But the villa does not have privacy. It is not suitable for Muslim women. There is not door of the garden and there is ahouse next to villa and their windows sees the swimming pool. But we have enjoyed our time . Thanks for everything

C’était parfait L’équipe est vraiment au petit soin et n’hésite pas à venir pour le moindre souci (il n’y en a quasiment pas eu) Super petit déjeuner Dommage que la machine à laver ne marchait pas Prévoir un scooter ou taxi pour se rendre dans le centre plus pratique (25 min à pied) Merci

la Villa est très bien, espaces extérieurs, piscine, salon, chambre avec la SDB ouverte sont parfaits, à l'étage, la deuxième chambre est correcte, nous avons été déçu par la troisième chambre car très petite et sans accès direct avec la SDB et wc, il faut passer par la terrasse et chambre, ce n'est pas une troisième chambre mais plutôt un coin détente, très bien située, possibilité d'aller visiter Ubud à pieds.

Leon's place is really great if you need a quite place to relax. Perfect place for a couple I would say. Great location with the surrounding ricefield. Staff who works there are very attentive and helpful. The space is spotless clean. Totally recommend it!

The villa is in a great location - off the main road in a quiet street but with a shop and bars all within a stones throw. The main city is also easily walkable for going out. We were met with a few critters during our stay but this is clearly versed in the description so expected - just have to do the checks before bed for any unwanted guests! Having a private pool was really enjoyable with the tropical climate and the bathroom was beautiful, I think the rose petals is an optional extra so if you want like the photos you may have to ask. Overall really great spot for getting out in Ubud and having a comfy place to return :)
