DAYAK Villas Bali, a luxury tropical resort of two brand new 2-bedrooms private pool villas, Dayak and Dayak-Asmat designed and built by Swiss owner, finished to Swiss standards. The villas are tucked in the heart of Bali’s trendiest and most popular area, Seminyak. They are situated in a very quiet and save residential area on Jl. Plawa, without any noise disturbance. Just 200 m leads you to the famous shopping street Jl. Seminyak and well known restaurants and a short walk to the beautiful Seminyak Beach. To Bintang supermarket it takes a 5 min walk, to Seminyak beach 15 min. The DAYAK Villas are within a 30 minute drive from Bali’s international airport. For availability of Villa Dayak and Villa Dayak-Asmat please refer to the corresponding Calendars. Dayak and Dayak-Asmat villas Bali are built each on 500 m2 land size. The villas are completely independent and separated by a 2,5 m high wall. They look same, also the outside area, but are completely separated. Each villa has of course its own pool. So you can enjoy your full privacy. The Villas have a beautiful tropical adapted design, with a real personal original touch. A subtle combination of modern comfortable tropical living with a touch of antique ethnic art, creating a unique atmosphere secluded among lush manicured gardens. Each villa features two fully air-conditioned Bungalow-bedrooms, with queen size beds (180 cm x 200 cm), 2 beds for 4 guests. You will especially appreciate the en-suit bathrooms with its own beautiful tropical garden. The rooms are comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, offering large cupboards and views to the garden and swimming pool. They are decorated with taste and with nice combination of colors. Luxurious queen-size beds with comfortable pillows and high thread count sheets and mosquitos nets will contribute to your healthy, recuperating sleep. At Dayak and Dayak-Asmat villas there is space and comfort. Each villa has a 60 m2 open-plan living area, with well equipped kitchen, separate dining and comfortable, romantic sitting space The living and the pool area are spacious and the infinity natural stone 3 x 10 m pool gives you an impression to have a piece of the ocean in your garden. To assure you optimal service our housekeeper and some of our staff are living in the staff quarter of the resort. The entire resort in monitored by CCTV. We will also prepare fresh towels and bed sheets for you and are cleaning the villa for you 6 days a week (Sundays are off in Bali - if you require service on Sundays kindly let us know) including the service for pool & garden. There are security cameras outside of the villa which will be checked by our security guard who stays less than 5 mins from the villa for your safety. The villa has 2 bathrooms, each equipped with shower, bathtub, toilet, shower gel, shampoo, hand wash, towels, hair dryer, and scented oils and candles so you can fully relax at Villa Etania. Private safe, TV + DVD player, international power plugs, & WiFi included. A/C in every bedroom and fully equipped water dispenser included for cold and hot drinks (coffee & tea). The villa affords a leisurely stroll into town, but also offers you the service of our own wonderful driver, Nyoman, who will give you the best pricing on day trips and tours. There are also drivers permanently located at Bintang Supermarket, which is just outside the front gate, who can help you with all your last minute travel arrangements If you are an early bird or even if you are not, it is really worth making the effort to get out of bed and experience at least one sunrise from the villa.
