Holiday rentals with a soaking tub in Bangli Regency

We opened the front gate and walked into paradise. The villa layout, design and architecture is stunning. Top quality furnishings. Super comfortable beds. We all slept so well. We loved just lounging and relaxing on the super comfortable terrace which is beautifully shadeded with that magnificent view. A view that changes daily. Watching all the different types of birds flying in the trees. We saw kingfisher, fire flies plus many more. Beautiful pool area built into the cliffs. Perfect for a day relaxing in the sun. The location is the best. 20 min walk into town or use the easy taxi apps to GRAB a taxi anywhere in seconds. We wouldnt want to stay in the centre of Ubud. Too busy. Huge supermarket opposite for all your daily needs. Ambar restaurant is a MUST. We will definitely recommend to many friends. Our biggest love was to Doni. He arrived each morning to make us a lovely breakfast on the terrace. Doni was just superb. So helpful and friendly. Thank you for having us.

We had a great few days at this villa! The area is beautiful. The view from the garden is very special. We will definitely come back!

I'm so glad that I did my research as I was travelling with my 19 year-old daughter. A lot of villas are out in the jungle and not close to anything. This Villa is close to restaurants and shopping but still peaceful and has beautiful surroundings. When we first saw the Villa it exceeded my expectations, so beautiful better than the pictures. For anyone staying at Ubud, there is always going to be bugs and lizards. It honestly isn't an issue, it's the jungle. Just wear your bug spray and close the mosquito net while you're sleeping at night and keep the doors shut at all times, even during the day. The service provided for recommendations drivers and room service was exceptional. We really felt like we were on holidays in this place. I highly recommend staying here and I would stay here again.

Our family had a fantastic time at the villa. The location is great and only a short taxi ride to the centre. I was slightly worried about the 600m path to the villa (we have young kids and a lot of baggage) but please don’t be! It was one of our favourite things about our stay! The “path” is fully paved, is far wider than expected, and is lined with some great cafes, restaurants and massage options. It was a lovely side to Ubud that we had not seen before. David James is a great host and the house staff are wonderful. They often gave us moped rides to the main road which our children loved! Many thanks to Wayan and her sister who were wonderful hosts. We miss our Balinese breakfast already! When we return to Ubud I don’t think we’ll be able to stay anywhere else.

Our stay at Bijia Villa was wonderful! Bijia offered an airport pick up who was so friendly and helpful. When I arrived at the Villa I was met by two lovely staff members who greeted me with welcome drinks and showed me around the Villa. There was a small issue with the front door which they immediately fixed! The bedrooms were just gorgeous, air-conditioned with plenty of storage and the four poster beds with mosquito nets were so comfortable. We all had the best sleeps! My favourite part of the Villa was swimming in the pool surrounded by the lush garden. The location is so convenient surrounded by cafes and restaurants, all within walking distance. A few minutes walk away is the Anya Spa Centre where I had the most amazing massages, two days in a row! The Villa felt like our very own private oasis. I will definitely go back again! Thank you to everyone at Bijia for making our stay so relaxing and enjoyable.

Wow! Justin's place was a delight!!! He arranged for our transportation from the airport and we had a floating breakfast, a petal flower bath, and balinese massages. We walked to breakfast and lunch at a different place each day and all were delicious. Just hanging out was amazing with lovely plunge pool, comfortable outdoor seating/lounging areas and beautiful views of the rice terraces, palm trees, birds and jungle noises. Very peaceful and a truly joyful experience. Highly recommend!
