Perched on a hill overlooking a mile of beach (10 minute walk) and 140 degrees of sea and sky, this bright house offers all home comforts and spectacular views, yet is close to all the amenities of historic Banff and Macduff. The Moray Firth's resident dolphins and gorgeous sunsets are often seen from the house. North-east Scotland is famous for beautiful fishing villages, castles, whisky distilleries, great walks and of course wonderful seafood. Perfect retreat and close to many attractions.

The Old Church of Ord was built in 1834 and has recently been upgraded into a four bed roomed , four bathroom , dog friendly property set in six acres. The main hall has a wood burning stove in the seating area and a further lounge upstairs with views overlooking the garden .Outside there is a fenced garden with a barbecue , patio and wood burning hot tub for 8 with views of the surrounding countryside and Moray Firth. Off road parking in the gated area in front of the house.
