Crovie sits at the bottom of a cliff on the Moray Firth coast, and is one of the best preserved fishing villages in Scotland. No.30 sits midway along the village overlooking the pier and the sea. This unique place has a style all its own. Small but open space detached cottage in the heart of the quaint fishing village of Gardenstown. Bell View offers a quiet get away in a comfortable space only newly renovated in 2023/24. All your home comforts under one roof. Macduff has supermarket, bakery, post office, chemist as well as pubs, takeaways and a restaurant. Banff with its sandy beach, historic Duff House and whisky distillery.

Coshelly Steading is on the edge of Rothienorman, a village with a pub, a Chinese and an excellent Morrisons Daily shop, all about 10 minutes walk from the house. It is a newly converted steading, attached to our house and surrounded by fields. Plenty of parking, WiFi, TV etc. Dogs are welcome. There are mountains, the coast and many castles, all within easy driving distance and plenty of pleasant walks nearby. Free range eggs from our chickens, when they are in the mood.
