Nice apartment facing the sea with south-facing balcony in a secure residence with parking. Comfortable. 1st floor without elevator access. Renovated apartment with a bedroom with a 140 X 190 double bed. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi. "La Résidence" is located opposite the sandy beach of Grand Vallat, with access to a private beach with a pergola. Boules court, ping pong table and deckchairs are available. Located less than a 10-minute walk to the city center and its shops.

Very quiet residence with beautiful swimming pool the 4 summer months. You can park right next to the front door. WiFi (fiber free pop). Smart speaker and board games available Sea view pool in the residence (close to the apartment, within walking distance by stairs).
