We bought this absolutely centrally located 25 sqm one room flat in 2016, and it was love at first sight! Its location in the pedestrian area is unique: the flat is less than 50 meters away from the bustling streets of Sanary's old town and yet very quiet, facing a lovely small square. We put lots of efforts and care into fully refurbishing the flat in 2023, to make it your perfect holiday pick, both functionally and emotionally. The flat could accomodate two adults plus one small child.

The port of Le Brusc is a 3-4 minute walk away, you will find restaurants, hairdresser, tobacco ,ice cream , pharmacy, pier for them... a beautiful walk will take you to the beautiful peninsula of Gaou.

Restaurants, the beach, shops are nearby, you can spend your week without taking the car. You have a private garage to leave your vehicle without worries and the cost of parking right next to the apartment and you can enjoy your holidays on foot, beaches, restaurants, lounging.

Sanary sur mer- All on foot

We offer a charming freshly renovated studio in downtown Sanary. Comfortable at will, you will enjoy quality bedding, new. A 3-minute walk from the marina, you will be ideally located to enjoy what Sanary has to offer. Shops are nearby too. For parking, there are free parking spaces very close by. If needed, there is a 36 euro weekly subscription to the Esplanade parking lot 5 min walk.
