New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

It has a patio with stunning views of meadow, trees and sea, as well as a flower garden. The house is undisturbed with walking distance to the sea, grocery store and marina. In the luxurious bedroom there is a French imported vintage double bed. In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an evocative dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a peasant blue table.

As well as not to forget Denmark's most beautiful and oldest bathing facility.

Midt på Lolland - centralt og i gåafstand til alt i Maribo - finder man dette fine byhus i et plan med en lukket rolig og solskinsfyldt have. Tæt på Knuthenborg og Lalandia og Lollands kendte sandstrande. Der er 2 skønne soveværelser med brede senge, spisestue, køkken og badeværelse - ialt 80 m2 Mulighed for barneseng og højstol. Jeg sætter pris på renlighed og det er vigtigt for mig, at mine gæster har lyst til at passe på mit hus under deres besøg. Rygning og husdyr er IKKE tilladt indendørs.

Small single holiday home close to the beach and jetty on the fine apple island Fejø. The house is light and simply furnished with kitchen-room, two smaller rooms and toilet with soda. Small does not belong to an isolated annex with two sleeping places. From the road you can see the sea which is a 2-minute walk from the house. The house is located in a lovely and well maintained holiday home district on the east side of the island. Electricity and water are included in the daily rent.
