Der beste Ausgangspunkt sind unsere zentral gelegenen und komfortabel eingerichteten Ferienwohnungen. Die Apartments „Zinngießer“, „Apfelweibla“ & „Gabelmann“ wurden von Juli 2024 - Mai 2025 komplett & größtenteils in Eigenleistung kernsaniert. Seit Mai 2025 freuen wir uns unsere ersten Gäste begrüßen zu dürfen.

Barock Apartment am Alten Rathaus 1

Ein ganz besonderes Apartment in Traumlage mit Blick aufs Bamberger Rathaus, stilvoll mit Antiquitäten eingerichtet. Das Vorderhaus wurde anno 1530 errichtet, die Wasserseite folgte 1640. Ursprünglich ein Fachwerkhaus, das während der Barockisierungsphase im 17. Jh. verputzt wurde. Die Fassade wurde 05.2026 mit viel Liebe zum detail Restauriert und erstrahlt nun wieder im vollen Glanz neben dem Rathaus. Das Haus wurde 1968 von meinen Großeltern erworben, davor war es 200 Jahre eine Apotheke.

Eine ruhig aber dennoch zentral gelegene Wohnung im Herzen Bambergs nicht weit entfernt von Innenstadt und Bahnhof. Herrlicher Ausblick auf den Main Donau Kanal. 2 Zimmer, Bad und Balkon Neu und einladend ausgestattet. Es fallen keine weiteren Kosten für Reinigung oder Ähnliches an. Es befindet sich ein kostenpflichtiges Parkhaus und kostenpflichtige Parkplätze genau gegenüber von der Eingangstür. Bei weiteren Fragen schreiben sie mir gerne jederzeit. Buchungen erst ab 2 Nächten möglich.

Neu renoviertes, modernes Apartement + Fahrräder

Modernes, neu renoviertes, ruhiges und komplett ausgestattetes Einzimmer-Apartment in sehr guter Lage. Zusätzlich biete ich zwei Fahrräder an, die von Euch kostenlos genutzt werden können. Das Bad ist großflächig und die Küchenzeile vom Schlafbereich abgetrennt. Zu Fuß sind es in die Altstadt nur etwa 15 Minuten, man läuft entspannt am Fluß entlang. Es gibt kostenfreie Parkplätze. In der voll ausgestatteten Küchenzeile sind zwei Platten sowie eine Mikrowelle mit Backfunktion vorhanden.
