Baroque apartment at the Old Town Hall 1

A very special apartment in a dream location with a view of the Bamberg Town Hall, stylishly decorated with antiques. The front building was built in 1530, and the water-side building followed in 1640. Originally a half-timbered house that was plastered during the Baroque period in the 17th century. The façade was restored in May 2026 with great attention to detail and now shines again in all its glory next to the town hall. The house was purchased by my grandparents in 1968; before that, it was a pharmacy for 200 years.

Welcome to SandAPART32 We welcome you to our apartment - Sandtor. It is located at Obere Sandstraße 32 in Bamberg with space for up to 8 people. The apartment has three bedrooms, each with a box spring bed. The living area has a high-quality sofa bed with an integrated slatted frame (160/200). It has a fully equipped kitchen and 2 shower bathrooms. Parking is possible nearby in parking garages. We are centrally located in the old town. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Newly renovated, modern apartment + bikes

Modern, newly renovated, quiet and fully equipped studio apartment in a very good location. In addition, I offer two bikes that can be used free of charge by you. The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. By foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you can walk relaxed along the river. Free parking space is available. In the fully equipped kitchenette, there are two plates as well as a microwave with baking function.
