Lia and Harlan's place is a great spot for your Ballarat stay, be it a weekend or longer. Conveniently located, we walked everywhere. Aldi is just down the road for supplies. A very neat and super clean property, exactly as described and pictured. Communication with Lia and Harlan was very easy and they were very responsive. I would recommend to other travellers.

My wife and I walked into this beautiful, spacious apartment and both went “wow!”. Spotlessly clean and tidy, beautifully renovated and decorated and so comfortable and cosy. We stayed for the weekend of the Ballarat Marathon for which it was in a perfect location to walk to the start line with ease. A beautiful cafe 100m away was perfect for us as was an easy walk to the shopping precinct. This place is perfect in every way and I would not hesitate to recommend it or book it again.

Peter's apartment was fantastic, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay over the Ballarat marathon weekend. A lovely area of Ballarat. We'll try to book it again if we do the event next year for sure. Thanks Peter!
