Beautifully presented and well thought out one bedroom apartment on a lovely street in central Ballarat. Having a separate bedroom and living area as opposed to a studio style was great for us as we were travelling with a little one. Would absolutely stay again.

A quiet well maintained property with charm. Extra blankets plus effective heating and great information for local sites and eating opportunities. Everything you need.

It was a flying visit to Ballarat to attend a funeral, so we didn’t really get to spend too much time enjoying the apartment. The apartment was warm, clean and very central, it’s a shame it was only for one night but we very much enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I walked into this beautiful, spacious apartment and both went “wow!”. Spotlessly clean and tidy, beautifully renovated and decorated and so comfortable and cosy. We stayed for the weekend of the Ballarat Marathon for which it was in a perfect location to walk to the start line with ease. A beautiful cafe 100m away was perfect for us as was an easy walk to the shopping precinct. This place is perfect in every way and I would not hesitate to recommend it or book it again.

Great for a two night get away and as shown in the photos. The accommodation was neat, clean and all basic needs (linen, cutlery, towels, even shampoo and conditioner) were provided. Hayley was wonderful in her communication and gave very clear instructions for location and access which was very helpful.

Best airbnb ever! The house is clean, homey, comfortable. Kerryn provides us with full amenities, and food! Including various tea and coffee capsules. The beddings are super fluffy and warm, extra bed provided. The rooms smell really nice, bathroom is quite spacey. The indoor plants are lovely. House is facing sunrise so it gets quite a lot of sun warmth. The location is quite close to the lake, walking distance! It is also near to bus stop so access to the city or other places are quite easy.

Fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described. Fairly clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated with unique features that made it feel special. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful design and character of the space. The rooftop amenities were a wonderful bonus, offering an astonishing view that made for a perfect spot to relax. The location was also excellent, very close to the station, city centre, and shops, overall super convenient for exploring. Highly recommend!

Great stay, the place was easy to get into and cosy. Unit was clean and tidy. The host also went out of their was to return a lost item, so friendly and helpful!

Our family stayed at Ange’s place for the Easter holiday. Very clear and detailed instructions were given before the check-in. It’s beautifully decorated and very cozy place. Felt right at home. It would be my go-to place if I visit Ballarat again.

Great place to break our motel stays with this AirBnb location which was just what we needed. Great location for cycling around Ballarat which i did a 64km ride .

This warm and cozy terrace is perfectly located in the heart of Ballarat, close to everything you need. Danial is super responsive and genuinely friendly — always there when you need him. Highly recommended!

Nice clean unit. I arrived on a 37 degree day and the air conditioning had been switched on prior to me getting there which was lovely. No issues at all. Will definitely book again when I need to come back to town

The house was nice and tidy, had everything we needed and in a great location.

We had a fabulous stay at Sailors Falls Estate! Margaret and Robert were so helpful and the villa was very comfortable. We found the nearby Daylesford attractions easy to get to but also enjoyed relaxing at the villa with a lovely wine from the cellar door!

Jessica and the team were so helpful and communicative, such excellent hosts! The stay was lovely, exactly what we were looking for - something reasonably priced in a good location with good security. Would absolutely book again. Thanks Jess and team!

Had a wonderful stay, the place was everything as described, spacious, very clean and well equipped with everything you need, and we especially liked that it was so close to Lake Daylesford. The balcony backed out onto the lake and was the prefect spot to relax and watch the sunset. Something to note for anyone with mobility issues, this suite (3) can only be accessed by a slightly steep flight of stairs which proved to be a little difficult for my elderly mum, would’ve have been great if this was included in the details beforehand. There also seemed a slight problem with toilet seat (wasn’t fitted properly) and some information contained in the ‘information file’ in the suite contradicted with the details (check-out times) that was provided. However overall, we had a fabulous stay, it is a gorgeous place and would definitely recommend!

Very pleasant stay - the hosts were very communicative and the location and accomodation was perfect for a nice weekend getaway! Highly recommend!

Booked this property for my parents to stay on their wedding anniversary. They were very impressed with the property and loved their stay. It had everything they needed and was in a beautiful location. Communication was prompt and booking was very easy. Would recommend!

Great location and close to ammenities. Can be a little noisy at night due to the building being directly on the main stretch, but this is no different to any other apartment in a similar position. It's a beautiful apartment and well appointed.

Location location! This fully equipped and comfortable unit was so well located, the area is packed with beautiful restaurants, pubs & cafes. Everything was just a very short walk away, even the famous Daylesford lake. The unit was perfect for a couple and their pet, it has a fully fenced front yard and we felt our dog was safe when let outside. Chris was always helpful and quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay and we”ll be back.
