Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Balgowlah

House is large and comfortably fits 9 people sleeping. Is about 15 min walk to Berala station which has Woolworths and everything you will need for your stay. Berala pub is really good value food. Can park 3 cars easily. Ubers are readily available in the area if you need one. House was super clean with firm comfy beds. Great stay we will be back again.

Communication 5 star, location great for us, place was clean. Could do with a freshen up things getting a little old but otherwise very happy.

This was our second visit to He's place because we found it to be such a lovely, comfortable & convenient place to stay the first-time round. He's place is very well supplied. You get your own entrance to the large upstairs apartment above the main house. Sometimes muffled sound travelled but we didn't find it a problem. My husband particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the early evening, relaxing and taking in the view.

Beautiful home, well appointed, everything we needed for a big family stay and very comfortable. Walking distance to Brontë, Tamarama and Bondi beaches. Excellent cafe walking distance - Favoloso. Great coffee, food and some groceries. Larger area for going out at night, more restaurants and groceries was by Bondi which is a longer walk or uber ride.

Location was beautiful the view from the backyard was stunning. Early morning coffee out on the balcony was a great way to start the day. The salt water pool was amazing, it kept the kids entertained all day. Jacqueline was friendly and easy to communicate with. Thank you for a perfect stay!

It was our second time at Ally’s Umina and cannot fault the place. Place is very clean and well equipped, relaxing in the spa. Robbie is a wonderful and responsive host, providing guides and suggestions during our stay. Sit outside and you’ll feel the serenity just listening to birds and the sound when wind blew past the trees. Ally’s Umina Oasis is highly recommended place to stay in Central Coast. We spent lovely days in Daniel’s house. The location is great and close to the city center. Also Daniel is very friendly and welcomed us in person when we arrived at his house. It’s really helpful that we don’t need to navigate everything in his room by ourselves. Also he is kindly to show us the surroundings and reply back quickly. I definitely will go back to Daniel’s house next time. Thank you.

What a beautiful, peaceful place that had all the necessary amenities a 2 min walk from the spectacular pearl beach. It was perfect & Carla and Chloe were great hosts and were very generous to give us a late check out on Sunday. The spa is pretty special although a bit finicky if you don’t know how to use it - thankfully our hosts were very responsive in helping with this. My only note is to maybe make sure if you need more linen/towels than what they provide for the 4 doubles and one single bed (9 people). We booked the house for 11 (there is a room with fold out couches) but those 2 guests didn’t get towels or linen. Final thing is the property has close neighbours so there are a lot of rules to do with noise etc. This makes sense as I assume the hosts have been burned before and must protect their relationship with the local community but if you want somewhere you can feel free to sing your heart out around the fire pit until the wee hours go elsewhere. beautiful house & location,what a magnificent view. Pool was very clean ,surrounds untidy,needs a gardener. Inside clean & comfortable,Aircon,washer& dryer a godsend. I spent lots of time on lounge outside marveling at all going on with the sea,very relaxing. Close to shops & restaurants.

It’s a great location, just 10 minutes drive from city / airport. Great host and pristine clean home. Walking distance from beach and a bunch of restaurants.

Jason is one of the most great host. Friendly and talkative. The house is nice and clean. I would definitely be back next time traveling to Sydney.

Eva is the perfect host. The Pool Annexe was so comfy and easy. Unfortunately we didn't use the pool due to the rain. Eva was most accommodating with our 2 small dogs. The garden area for them was so appreciated. Check in was a breeze, parking was easy. Close to shops and the train was so convenient. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Eva anytime.
