The Living area is combined living dining and kitchenette leading to a large outside deck. Guests have a separate private access with no shared areas with direct access to Chinamans Beach & Rosherville Reserve from the outside deck. Should you wish, there is no need to interact with the residents of the house, the apartment is your space and is totally private. The house is steps away from a beach in Sydney’s Middle Harbor and near Rosherville Reserve, a quiet park with picnic areas. Surrounded by national parks and great walking tracks, Mosman offers beautiful scenery and views of Sydney Harbor. Located 5min drive to Mosman cafes and shops or a 10min leisurely stroll to Balmoral Beach. Just a short walk to the bus stop for a 20min bus into Sydney CBD or 20mins bus to Manly Beach. If walking is not your thing, Mosman Council has a free courtesy bus available and you can find the timetable at http://mosmanrider.net/ The kitchenette comes equipped with a fridge, microwave / oven, induction hot plate, toaster, jug and necessities. On the outside deck there is an electric barbecue. If you require an additional bedroom this can be arranged .There is an additional guest room on the same level across the courtyard. Suitable for older children or couples at an additional cost

This one bedroom compact garden unit is situated beneath our family home. It’s only a 10 minute level walk to the beach or 15-20 minutes to the centre of Manly. Unlimited street parking is usually available, although more difficult in the winter soccer season with sports field across the road. The unit is equipped with an ensuite bathroom, one bedroom with one queen and one single bed, a living area with kitchen. Enjoy your own private outdoor area in a beautifully landscaped garden and lawn.

This is a Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours, no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, we live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Please respect the neighbourhood while you are listening to your music and keep the noise down. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that.
