Unlimited street parking is usually available, although more difficult in the winter soccer season with sports field across the road. The unit is equipped with an ensuite bathroom, one bedroom with one queen and one single bed, a living area with kitchen. No parties allowed, it is on the lower level of our house, which overlooks Sydney Harbour, It has its own private entrance and is totally separate, it has direct access to the beach in Clontarf, there are 62 steps up to the apartment. We are on the Spit bridge to Manly walk which is stunning. Seaforth Village and Manly are close. Sandy bar cafe at the Marina and Bosk in Park, also a wide variety of first-class dining and shopping options are close by

A very quiet area, but everything is very close. 7 mins drive to Manly beach and 25 mins drive to Sydney CBD, 5 mins drive to Warringah Westfield. 10 mins walk to the bus.

Studio cottage close to the beach

(Studio update December 2025) - The studio will very unfortunately be next door to a building site.. Demolition and excavation are complete though there can still be general building noise. The builders hours are 7am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday. Very likely the normal peace and serenity will be disrupted during this time.
