Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

The proximity to numerous leisure highlights make the location so special, such as the Serengeti Park, Heide Park, Aqua Mundo, Snow Dome, Vogelpark, outlet center and the proximity to the Harz Mountains and the coast.

The newly modernized apartment is located in Marklohe near Nienburg/Weser. The apartment is on the first floor and can accommodate up to 6 people – ideal for cyclists or anyone who wants to spend a few quiet days in the countryside. The popular Weser bike path passes directly beside the apartment. There is a bakery right next door. In the immediate vicinity there are supermarkets, restaurants and an outdoor swimming pool. The city of Nienburg Weser is about 5 km away.

Take relaxing walks through the surrounding forests or the picturesque Aller meadows and discover the charming Aller bike paths by bike. The Aller invites you to swim in the bathing bays, stand-up paddling or fishing. On the Aller you can ride a sports boat and thus also use the water ski track.

The property is located in Wedemark. The S4 railway line runs within reach and connects you to local and long-distance public transport. Within walking distance there are several restaurants, two supermarkets, a bakery, a cafe and a doctor. There are also two gyms, a bookstore, a library, a museum and a post office within walking distance. Further away there are also several shops and kindergartens. The former bakery in Schweringen was completely renovated as a guest house in 2019 and now offers 2 rooms (1 room with a double bed, 1.40 wide and 1 room with 2 single beds, 90 cm wide) with a shared living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The Weser ferry and the Weser cycle path are right outside the door. Schweringen and the beautiful surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike rides.
