Loft holiday rentals in Balearic Islands

Moscari is a very peaceful little village with beautiful surroundings! The view from the terrace is magnificent, and the accommodation is very charming. Sebastian is very friendly and welcoming. Very easy to deal with. Small kitchen with basic equipment for simpler cooking. Worth keeping in mind is that the small shop is only open in the morning and the restaurant is a little on and off. Walking distance to Selva, Caimari, Inca and Campanet with several nice and sparsely trafficked roads in all directions.

Cecilia’s place is an utter gem. The position is incredible. Being a frequent user of Airbnb I’d say this apartment is up there with the best - such a wonderful little surprise. Thanks so much for sharing your place with us!

A little paradise! Perfect to unwind and as a starting point for excursions. We felt right at home. Petra and Santi welcomed us in a very friendly way and even showed us their wonderful vegetable garden and the animals. But at the same time they also gave us enough privacy. Highly recommended!

We are incredibly happy with our stay at Can Savella. The terrace was really sunny with a great view over the old city centre and the Cathedral. The apartment was fresh and well equipped. The pictures are true to the reality.

The cottage was wonderfully secluded and so we had plenty of privacy and tranquility. The house is located on a road, but it is not very busy. And the train doesn't come by that often either. We found the place quiet and enjoyed the great outdoor area with pool, loungers and shady spots. In the garden you can find lemon, orange trees, as well as chillies and rosemary. That was great. The temperature in the house was very pleasant, there was everything we needed. We would come back any time and can recommend this place especially for couples or individuals who are looking for peace and quiet away from mass tourism and want to explore the surrounding areas with a rental car. Barbara and her mother were very nice, reliable, helpful and always available.

Exceptional apartment with fantastic sea views from 3 balconies. Very nice, tastefully furnished. We particularly liked the "fitness balcony" with appropriate equipment. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, almost too much for 2 people. The most beautiful apartment we have been to AirBnbB so far - highly recommended !!

Located on a beautiful property immersed in the Minorcan countryside, we enjoyed this atypical and authentic accommodation that stands out from the usual offer of the seaside, impersonal and formatted for tourists. The very convenient location makes it easy to radiate around the island and the nearest town Es Mercadal, has some very good restaurants. I would like to add that an additional investment in the equipment and furniture would potentiate this accommodation, improve its comfort, which remains a little sketchy and establish a better value for money. Otherwise the tranquility of the place, the beauty of the landscape and the incomparable charm of the place delighted us!

This duplex apartment was just fantastic. It is located in the marina of Ibiza, with a phenomenal view over the sea. There are several terraces and almost always sun, where you are also out of the wind, which meant that we had almost summer in February. The decor of the apartment is clearly done by a designer. It's super cool. The property also lent itself very well to teleworking. And Peter is a really good host, assisted by a local team. We will be back next year 😁

Nice studio with cool terrace. The host was really nice and communication and check-in were easy. Next door is a restaurant with music, but the team was nice and turned down the volume as we were going to sleep. In the morning, we bought coffee and juice from them, which they brought to our terrace - that was really friendly.

I had a pleasant stay at this accommodation. The location is excellent and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The apartment was very clean and well cut. The view was great. The communication with Jürgen on site was smooth and helpful. One note: Airbnb says there is a parking space available, but on site I was told I should have stated this in advance even though I had already mentioned I'm coming with a rental car. In addition, it is annoying that the outdoor kitchen shown can only be used if you are willing to pay at least €200 for cleaning, which was also said on site and was nowhere in the description. A tip for future guests: It's best to bring a sleeping mask as the sun on the upper floor pops into the room and a window has no sunscreen. This makes the entire room very bright. All in all, the apartment is recommended!

We spend a week in Marga’s studio and we have enjoyed our time here. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom was nice and had a good size. We enjoyed our evenings in the balcony and the access to the pool during the day was a nice feature. As we had rented a car, we also appreciated the many parking spots in the area. Marga was a great host allowing us to get into the studio a few hours before check in and when we asked for an additional bed sheet, we got it the day after. We only have one comment to the place - The bed is a bit to the small size for two grownups for a full week. But other than that we have enjoyed our stay! Thank you for having us 😊

It was very special to be so close to the beach and have access to the peaceful pool area. Everything you need close by, ideal for relaxing! Sara and team are friendly and helpful, we would definitely return!

This place is a gem! Great hosts and great location-part of the Gaudi building on a pedestrian only area in the core of the town. The decor is sleek and modern with great lighting, up-to-date appliances, and air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable. Victoria was amazing! Very welcoming and helpful. Our luggage got lost and she went out of the way to provide an outlet adaptor. She also helped us arrange a taxi. This place is highly rated for good reason.
