We spent 4 great days here with 6 people! The house is very nicely located, offers a wonderful view and is ideal for hiking trips or simply for switching off. The house is very large and spacious, each of us had a single room available, there are also many parking spaces and a bus stop is right next to the house. The large terrace with barbecue and deck chairs as well as the light-flooded dining/living room are the gem of the house. The in-house, well-equipped fitness centre, together with the sauna, is the icing on the cake! The kitchen is basically very well equipped, coffee machine including beans as well as microwave and toaster available. Vinegar/oil and many spices are also very helpful. Glasses, cutlery and crockery, as well as knives in all sizes are also there. Large refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher also great. The cleanliness was okay but not outstanding.

The location of the house is sensational - surrounded by forest, meadows and hills - the sound of the stream - the breathing of silence. The house has a wonderful living atmosphere with the natural materials. The luxury for us was the underground parking. The journey in the deep snow was adventurous, even without 4x4 feasible:). We will be happy to come back any time.

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, cozy and very well equipped. We were traveling with two small children, which is easily possible in the apartment. Communication with Marika was straightforward and friendly, check-in went smoothly. Since the apartment is located on a busier street, it can unfortunately be a bit louder depending on the time of day. Otherwise, everything was great and we would love to come back! Overall a clear recommendation.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Kitchen, where everything has been thought of. Beautiful bathroom. Conveniently located near the mountain railways, which were free with the Oberstaufen Pass. Great hikes and yoga on the small wooden terrace, which you can't reach directly from the apartment, but via the front door.

Everything as expected. No new house, but a lot of charm. A second refrigerator would have been useful for 8 people and the kitchen equipment was a bit spartan. Otherwise, we had a very nice time and felt comfortable. Especially for the fair price.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very cozy and you don't need anything. You can start some hikes from the accommodation, otherwise you can also quickly reach the neighbouring villages by car, especially in Austria. Depending on how high you want to hike, you will of course also have to drive a little lower into Austria. Great starting point - recommended!

We (three-person family with toddler) had a wonderful and relaxing week in this accommodation. The apartment was exactly as in the pictures and in the description, very clean and everything you need. When we entered the apartment, we felt right at home. Communication with the hosts was very friendly and they were reachable in no time both in person and via the Airbnb app. The quiet and rural location of the apartment offers relaxation. The outdoor swimming pool in the neighbouring village of Hittisau is highly recommended. Also recommended is the panoramic hiking trail, which can be reached via the cable car (gondola) in Bezau. And also the water hiking trail along the Bolgenach, with the circular route starting and ending in Hittisau. In the village of Krumbach, there is a small grocery store, as well as a butcher, a cheese shop and two restaurants. For this really great accommodation, we are happy to give Conny and Michael a full 5 stars! (15.06.25)
