Villa holiday rentals in Balazuc

There were six of us with a dog in March/April and it was beautiful. The property is well fenced for a big dog and you have a lot of space both indoors and outdoors. The view is unbeatable. Communication with Thibault went smoothly. We would definitely recommend and come back again!

The accommodation is great! There is a small wow effect when the gate opens onto the property. Everything was very clean, you can see that the accommodation is very well maintained. Communication with the hosts is easy, they are very attentive and give very good advice in terms of activity or organisation. The welcome was friendly, warm and easy. I 100% recommend this accommodation.

There were 8 of us and we had a wonderful time in this house. Everything was there for a successful stay: an ideal layout, pleasant living spaces, a very well-equipped and tastefully decorated house. The bedding is of high quality, everyone slept like a baby! The pool is a real plus, very well maintained. And the house is perfectly located to visit the Ardèche and enjoy all the activities in the area. A real cocoon, comfortable and friendly. We leave with great memories. A little corner of paradise nestled at the foot of a charming little hamlet! The house has a lot of character, large and bright rooms where nature is always present, bedding at the top of the top. A kitchen where it's nice to cook, very well equipped! Nature and pool side, it's just incredibly well arranged... at any time of the day there is a small cozy place waiting for you. The salt treatment of the pool is a real plus ;) Thank you to Caroline and Frédéric for their simple and authentic welcome. Lovely neighbours!!

Very beautiful, architecturally well-designed house that successfully combines old and new and perfectly keeps the Mistral away with its porch. Even in strong winds, it is always possible to stay on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful view over the garden and vineyards. You also have a magnificent view through the rear floor-to-ceiling windows towards Cairanne! The bathrooms and kitchen furnishings are modern and comfortable. Everything was very clean and maintained. The pool is pleasantly warm and, due to its exceptional size, really suitable for swimming. Apart from the occasional tractor passing by, there is a heavenly calm most of the time. We had a wonderful stay. Many thanks to Madame Cid for the friendly welcome and support!

Super terrace with great views!! A top stay if you like peace and quiet in a beautiful environment. Studio is perfect for two people: everything is available for a comfortable holiday and is in good condition. Lucas is friendly, communicates well and provides nice touches (bottle of wine in the fridge and strawberries). He lives next to the studio and respects privacy well. Absolutely recommended!

We stayed here for two weeks and they were two great weeks. The house is a bit high, with beautiful views. You are looking at a high mountain where a lot of hiking takes place. It is beautifully green everywhere, and flowers are in full bloom. In the evening, you only hear different bird sounds. During the day you can see them and also beautiful colorful butterflies. The house is really very cozy, everything but everything is new, very clean and tidy. Enjoy the gazebo, especially in the evenings. The owners Jean- Claud and Annique are great hosts. Very customer-friendly, welcoming and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Annique came to bring us a bottle of wine. How nice is that? They live next to the holiday apartment, but privacy is highly valued by them. So we don't have a “burden” on each other. They are happy to help you with excursions, we got a lot of tips…Ardeche is really worth the money and all the effort. We will definitely come back here😍

Just paradise!!!!! My husband and I with our children stayed in this magnificent home for 10 days and it truly was unforgettable. The Villa itself is beautiful, very clean and spacious, very well designed, the layout was perfect to bring us all together. The pool was perfect and the kids loved it, we had many family pool days, full of laughter. The location is so private and the views are just breathtaking, never would you get tired of overlooking the mountains or watching the sun set at night. Manon and Jean Luc were always on hand to help us if needed and were incredibly kind and extremely accommodating. If you put this all together it makes for the most magical time away, thank you 🙏. We will be back in the near future x

Superb farmhouse combining modernity and authenticity, excellently equipped, very well arranged, ideal for a week with friends, with very nice service, nestled in a charming and quiet little village of Gard. Big plus, the air conditioning of all the bedrooms and living rooms. A big thank you to Justine for her welcome, kindness and diligence. You will not make any mistake in renting this property.

We had a great time with the family. The house is very well equipped and the pizza oven is a real plus. We enjoyed ourselves, we will be back.!

a wonderful weekend for 8 adults, time for annual reunions. a very nice outdoor garden with views of the lavender fields. everything starts with a warm welcome from the owners (who live on site but are very discreet!). a beautiful and very well-equipped house, both inside and outside! an incredible pool and petanque molky volleyball activities that allow you to stay all weekend in the middle of the greenery. a very good memory thank you to Myriam and Pascal!

Great welcome from Laetitia! The hosts are always quick to reach and very helpful! The house and the whole property match the pictures! Everything is thoughtfully designed and the rooms are lovingly furnished! In particular, the kitchen equipment and the barbecue leave nothing to be desired, even for a large group (14 people). The highlight is the pool and the shady petanque field! Simply great! The mas du laga is a bit off the beaten track, but you don't bother anyone! For our holiday, consisting of three families with children, ideal for lounging, swimming, playing, cooking together, chatting, etc. Many thanks to Laetitia and Sylvain, we had a wonderful week with you! Our stay in this fantastic house with pool was just perfect! There were two of us and we didn't miss anything. If you are looking for absolute peace and quiet and want to enjoy a huge property all to yourself, you have come to the right place. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need – even a raclette set was available (which we did not try). The house corresponded exactly to the description, and JB, our host, was available at any time for questions, but absolutely unobtrusive. The arrival and departure were completely uncomplicated and independent. All in all, we spent four wonderful days here. An absolute recommendation for all who want to enjoy relaxation and nature! A very big thank you to Jean-Baptiste for the great hospitality! We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

a beautiful house in a beautiful environment. a splendid view of the valley. in a quiet place, and far from everything. we were there to ride a bike with a foot on the ground. Via Rhona is 30 minutes by bike. but the region is fantastic for this activity. a beautiful pool in a beautiful setting. a beautiful, clean, modern house with everything you need. 3 beautiful bedrooms + a room that serves as a bedroom with a sofa bed with a very good mattress. The only downside is that there is no shed or garage available to store bikes and accessories.

This is a lovely, spacious house in a wonderful location with great views. We really enjoyed the big terrace, the well-tended garden and grounds and the beautiful, quiet countryside immediately accessible from the house. We arrived in the dark and opened the front door to a warm welcome with a wonderful wood burning stove making the house very cosy. We really appreciated the supply of wood during our stay as the evenings were cool/cold. The pool is also lovely and well maintained but was rather refreshing (in October) but we braved it! We would all highly recommend this place for a gathering of family and friends. The beds were very comfortable and there are plenty of showers and loos. Cooking facilities are really good for preparing meals which we enjoyed around the large dining table. There is everything needed for a truly relaxing and memorable holiday. This is clearly a loved family home and we appreciated the pictures, books and tasteful furnishings. Highly recommended!

Fab place, great social spaces for our group. The location was gorgeous. Lisa was very accommodating and let us check in two hours early and communicated well throughout. We all enjoyed our stay at the house and thought it was very reasonably priced. The parking area is very tight behind the gate if you’re driving a large people carrier, so takes a little while to park, but still serves its function well. A neighbour dealt with us during our stay - only speaks French - so good to keep this in mind if you don’t have a member / speak French yourself. Luckily one of our party spoke French, so it was fine. The neighbour wasn’t very warm but definitely didn’t take away from a beautiful place in a gorgeous village and a great stay. It was clean, the pool and games were fab, and the BBQ was brilliant. Definitely recommend the local cafe / pub for drinks in the evening too, it’s gorgeous!

Very nice place countryside, very refreshing and not isolated, the warm welcome and everything it needed to be at home, comfortable house and very pleasant to live in, the owner next door ,really adorable and very cool , congratulations to Christophe we will surely come back!
