The villa sleeps up to 6 in 3 bedrooms with A/C, ensuite bathrooms and four poster beds: 2 doubles and one with 2 singles. Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

The WE2 " Wildwood Elegance Escape" is a beautifully located private Aframe looking out on to the Induruwa Kaikawala Old Rice Farming Land. Situated at the bottom of a large garden full of fruit and spice trees, the Aframe has a tropical modernist design, built using recycled timber and boasting an Attached Bathroom shower. Breakfast and provided with a smile by the host's family, who are always on hand to help with whatever you need. Birds and lizards abound in the adjoining garden.
