Welcome to Pavilion House, our piece of paradise on the edge of the jungle near Ahangama. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind, surrounded by nature, whilst being conveniently located close to the beaches, surf and buzzing atmosphere of Ahangama. The house comes with its own private pool, an essential in the Tropics! A friendly cat also lives at the property. And if you get the itch for adventure, Weligama Beach, epic surf spots, shops, and cafes are practically at your doorstep.

New 2BD house in Coconut Plantation with 17m Pool

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

Absolute Beach Front Villa with Pool.

Welcome to beach villa on Weligama Bay in Sri Lanka! Down a narrow, leafy lane off the main Galle-Colombo road, our new, modern villa overlooks the sand and surf to a limitless horizon. The villa has a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and an adjacent lounge space. The two en suite, a/c bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, will accommodate four guests. Free WiFi of course. Weligama is only a five minute drive away and Mirissa Beach is less than fifteen minutes.

Soak up the tranquility of nature whilst being just a 5 min walk to the Indian Ocean and some of Sri Lanka’s famed beaches and surf spots, including Kabalana beach. Our philosophy is simple: To provide a private and restful space while sharing our love of design and nature.

Our Jungle House is calm and surrounded by a beautiful Jungle and monkey families, jumping from tree to tree. You walk just 5 minutes to the beautiful Coconut beach and 3 minutes to the main road where you can easy get a Tuktuk to drive for example to the closest city’s Weligama (5 Kilometer) or Ahangama (6 Kilometer). At the same time all famous surf spots are close to reach for beginners and pros: Coconut, Plantations, Rams, Lazy Left and Lazy right.

Renovated 2 bedroom cottage amongst local houses on Unawatuna hill. Amazing view overlooking trees and beautiful Unawatuna Bay. Private gardens and pool. 10 mins walk to the beach and a short tuktuk to Unawatuna, Thalpe restaurants and Galle Fort.
