Our stay was the highlight of our travels through Himachal Pradesh. This is a hidden gem in the mountains. It takes a little while to hike up, about 1 hour for able bodied persons, but it is so worth it. The place is totally secluded high on the mountain, so beautiful, peaceful, and has a world class view. Om Prakash ji and Asha ji were wonderful and very attentive hosts. They cooked for us on our last night there and it was delicious. Om Prakash took us to the summit of Labhri top. He spent the whole day hiking with us and packed us a lunch of parathas and chai. It cost extra (1,500 Rs), but highly recommend it for those who like hiking and lead an active lifestyle. Pretty strenuous hike at times, but the view from the top makes it all worth it. The journey is quite beautiful too. All in all the place, our hosts - Om Prakash and Asha, and our time there was completely charming. We really hope to return soon.

Ashish is the epitome of hospitality, whether it's a small request or a special arrangement, he goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort. You name it, and he’ll make it happen. Location: A hidden gem tucked away from the chaos of city life. It offers complete seclusion amidst nature — serene, tranquil, and absolutely rejuvenating. The outdoor seating area, especially with the bonfire under the stars, creates a magical ambiance that words can hardly capture. Food: Simply divine. The homemade meals were some of the most flavorful and soul-satisfying dishes I’ve ever had. Each bite felt like a warm hug. In summary, this was an extraordinary experience — a perfect blend of nature, comfort, and impeccable hospitality. Truly the crème de la crème of getaways. I’ll be back without a second thought!

So special, peaceful and magical. From the moment I came- Megh and his beautiful family were there to take me with a taxi from the most close city and after to drive me to the home. The space is quiet, peaceful and has lovely people living around. The beautiful smell of the wood oven fire places, the sound of nothing in the morning as you enjoy a tea. You are really one with the mountains and forest. Yummy curries made with love from megh and his wife Rena. Chai. Aloo paratha, curd and pickles. I made most of my food and went for shopping in Banjar, the most close village. It is 1 hour walking but megh can drive you or take things for you- if you wish. If your interested in a beautiful walk in the sacred himalayas, my time here is an experience i will remember forever. The house is SO very comfy, great kitchen, warm blankets for winter as it can be very cold but with the sauna and fire its lovely. You can feel how much love went into this space and simones beautiful energy all around.
