Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Bakkeveen

Staying in the artfully furnished little house was a very good experience. Thea and Gerard are great hosts, very friendly and relaxed, and easy to communicate with. The breakfast prepared by Thea was fantastic, the best we've had in a long time. Strongly recommended!

We had a great stay at Steffen's place. The house was equipped as described, which we have rarely experienced so far, so that we felt very comfortable. The kids went on a voyage of discovery right away and found plenty to deal with wonderfully. We stayed in the house just before Easter and we didn't get bored. Most of the restaurants etc were already open at least on weekends. Only the boat tours start after our departure on April 19. (as information for successors who want to travel in the same period... :-)) Steffen responded super quickly and looked for solutions to problems and always had them ready. Thank you very much for this! We hope you continue to enjoy wonderful guests who appreciate and treat your jewelry. Maybe see you next time! :-)

Enjoying the large garden, making friends with cat Willem, looking for an egg every day with the kids, baking mud pies, jumping on the trampoline and sitting by the fire on the covered terrace in the evening. For us 4 adults and 2 kids this was the perfect vacation. Many thanks to Joanne and her family for their hospitality, generosity and all the thoughtful details.

We enjoyed it very much overall. The surroundings are very quiet and you can relax perfectly. It takes some time for the hot tub to be really hot, but it's worth the wait. 😊 Nothing was missing in the apartment. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the bed as it was pretty saggy. Of course, it is still convenient for a weekend. Really recommend!!!

There were five of us in Dalfsen and we were super happy with our stay with Monique! The Airbnb immediately felt at home and the quiet location is just perfect for unwinding. On the terrace you can enjoy the morning sun with a cup of coffee and end the day relaxed in the evening at the fire bowl. Nice stay, beautiful cottage on the waterfront. Convenient that there are bicycles to explore the surroundings. Quiet location, good beds and the kitchen has all the comforts. Definitely recommended.

Clean, unusual, renovation apartment is in pastoral place . We visited some interesting places in radius 1-1,5 hour driving: Urc, Enkhuizen, Zuiderzeemuseum, Giethoorn ,Zwolle(Park English Work), Museum de Fundatie/Kasteel Het Nijenhuis, Het Nationale Park De Hoge Veluwe. We had a very comfortable short stay at Roger's place. Close to the boat towards Schiermonnikoog. Staying here is highly recommended!

Cozy, clean and spacious apartment. Communication with Christa was smooth and friendly. We were very neatly received by Christa's father. Getting up with a view of the meadows was delightful!

We had a nice midweek with Atsje and family. The cottage was nicely located on the waterfront. The cottage is tastefully and efficiently furnished. We have been using the Kayak. The setting is beautiful for cycling. The cozy shopping street of Joure is recommended!

The place and especially Goasse are just great. We had a stimulating coffee drink with interesting topics. The apartment is very central for all excursions and in a quiet area. The view from the living room in the evening sun is phenomenal. Everything is as described and lovingly furnished. Goasse has provided many little niceties, an abundantly filled fruit basket, red and white wine, a water container by the bed and not least a well-functioning bike. We had come to Friesland with our telescope, but it was cloudy. The beautiful sunset, the deer, hare, birds and of course the cozy cottage, compensated that 100%

We spend easter weekend here with the two of us plus our dog. We felt welcome from the start and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Perfect home base for long hikes in the forest.

Really nice little hut on a farm, very cozy, we will definately come back. Further we forgot to order linnen for sleeping but hosts savede us in very good manner.

Cannot fault the whole process from start to finish. Beautiful house clear instructions took us straight there. Would definitely recommend we stayed as we were racing at TT Assen only 20 mins away
