The cabin is located 1 hour by car north of Bergen with a unique archipelago and fishing opportunities. The cabin has sun from morning to evening and is sheltered. You can enjoy the silence outside under the roof with a heat lamp if it rains. Shops, Kilstraumen, Mastrevik Torg a short distance away. Swimming from the dock in a quiet cove. Hiking opportunities. Here is a dishwasher, washing machine and heat pump. Two double rooms and a bedroom with bunk bed. Rent of boat possible. Borrowing of fishing equipment, kayak, tent, etc. is also possible.

Magnificent view over the ocean

Experience spectacular views from the Bird Box, located at the top of Ørnhaugen on Langøy. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view all the way to the North Sea, with sunset on the horizon over Algrøy. When it blows on the ocean, you can see white sea spraying up islets and cut all the west to Løno. If you arrive by kayak or boat, you can walk to the bird box from the spring. Especially recommended Gløvro, where you can explore beautiful landscapes and enjoy the fresh air. There are also good fishing opportunities both near the cabin and in the area in general. The cabin has a lovely patio area with a fire pit, egg chair and seating area. Relax under the open sky and enjoy pleasant moments around the fire. We have extra chairs available in the shed.

Hiking trail of about 3 km in the forest/paths starts nearby, and at the barn there are opportunities for play and ball games. Crab cooker and fire pit are available for preparing the day's catch. Very nice little cottage right on a river/lake. The fjord is about 850 m walking distance. There is a great large terrace right on the shore with a table and seating. The terrace also serves as a jetty. The children liked to use this to jump into the water. Bathing and swimming are therefore possible. Gunnar provided us with kayaks and a rowing boat. We didn't catch any fish in the lake, but we did in the surrounding fjords. The house is really very small for five people and being together with five people in the bedroom is also adventurous. We were lucky with the weather, it was all wonderful I recommend the house without reservation. Really great small property.

The home is a 20 minute drive from Vik, where you can get groceries and restaurants, but it's a beautiful drive so we didn't mind it at all. We sat and watched the sky change over the fjord every morning.

Beautiful modern house with an amazing view. We were lucky to have some very good weather and so we made use of the outdoor area which was well equipped with furniture and barbecue equipment. The house was very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Anne-Marthe's apartment in Bergen. The apartment was beautiful, and we were lucky to enjoy great weather during our visit. Anne-Marthe was a thoughtful and attentive host, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable. While there were a few minor hiccups, Anne-Marthe responded quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would happily stay again. Her care for her guests’ experience really shines through, and we’d definitely recommend her place!

As the pictures in the advertisement show, it is an absolute highlight in terms of landscape. The surroundings are also unique and definitely worth a visit. The communication was very straightforward. All questions were answered promptly. The cottage was just great. Small, but functional and modern and very cozy.
