Holiday rentals with a patio in Baja Sardinia

Hier fühlt man sich sofort wohl und wie zuhause! Wirklich eine total geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit einem wunderschönen Balkon mit Blick auf‘s Meer und genug Platz, um zu frühstücken und Wäsche aufzuhängen. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und fußläufig zum Hafen und Strand gelegen. Es gibt sogar zwei Fernseher mit eigenem Netflix-Account, den man kostenfrei nutzen kann. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt - sogar eine neue Flasche mit gutem Olivenöl war vorhanden. Das Bett ist 1,40m groß, was für unseren Geschmack etwas breiter sein dürfte, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Wir waren enorm dankbar für die Moskitonetze an allen Fenstern sowie den Abdunklungsmöglichkeiten im Schlafzimmer. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und konnten Michaela jederzeit bei Fragen schnell erreichen. Wir werden die Wohnung definitiv an Freunde und Familie weiterempfehlen! We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

Superbe logement, propre , avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin! La vue est top, encore mieux que sur les photos de l annonce! Ne surtout pas se fier à l’arrivée de la co propriété qui semble un peu vétuste , mais l appartement est parfait, il y a tout à disposition, c’est propre, et une vue à couper le souffle! Ça vaut vraiment le détour pour visiter le nord de la Sardaigne! Merci Carmen pour cette belle 1ere expérience pour notre venue en Sardaigne ! Je recommande vivement!!!🥰🥰

Daniele was a very responsive and helpful host! Location was great with an easy walk to the port and town. On a busier street but cute patio looking out on the water! House was very clean but it is warm in the summer with no AC. Would stay again!

Location perfetta per la mia famiglia composta da me, la mia compagna e nostra figlia di 2anni. La casa è molto bella, nuova e dotata di tutti i comfort, in una zona tranquilla, molto curata, a due passi dalla spiaggia di Laconia (attraversando la strada eravamo sul lungomare) e a pochi minuti di auto da una serie di spiagge meravigliose (tanca manna, barca bruciata, le piscine). Marina e Monica sono state molto gentili facendoci trovare un pensiero al nostro arrivo e regalandoci dei biscotti alla partenza. Mi auguro di tornarci.

Sehr großzügige und schön geschnittene Wohnung. Die Unterkunft ist hell, modern und man genießt eine wundervolle Aussicht. Angela war nicht nur sehr freundlich, sie hat uns auch sehr schnell geantwortet und sich sofort um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Herzlichen Dank dafür!

Teresa est une hôte merveilleuse. Disponible, pleine de conseils avisés pour randonner, faire les courses ou se restaurer. La maison est très agréable avec notamment des chambres très confortables et un espace extérieur charmant.

Appartamento davvero piacevole e con una bellissima vista sul centro di San Pantaleo, paese comodo per raggiungere rapidamente i vari punti di interesse della zona. Il terrazzo é un plus non da poco! Natalia (l’host) si é dimostrata molto gentile e più che disponibile in ogni interlocuzione.

Beautiful location, modern home, close to the airport, prompt and helpful communication (allowed us to check out a bit later so I could take a work call). Couldn’t recommend more

Francesca’s home in Cala Suaracchia exceeded all expectations! The house is well equipped and spacious, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. There is so much to do in the local area too- multiple different boat tours (dolphin tours too!!), boat hires, sea kayaking, and other activities are on offer from the beach just below the house, and free use of a swimming pool a short walk away. Plenty of places to explore in the nearby area, and lots of amazing snorkelling spots! Francesca responded quickly to any queries we had before and during our stay, and the local staff were friendly and helpful during our check-in and check-out. Thank you for helping us have the holiday of a lifetime- we only wish we could have stayed for longer!

Das Haus ist perfekt. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Alles da bis hin zur Waschmaschine. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und es war genau richtig mit den zwei Bädern. Im Wohnbereich befindet sich eine Couch auf der noch evtl. zwei Personen schlafen könnten. Der Pool ist ein Salzwasserpool von welchem wir richtig begeistert waren. Der Pool / Terrasse hat eine super Lage immer Sonne vorhanden und man kann von hieraus gemütlich den Sunset bei einem Wein genießen. Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten sind genügend vorhanden. Ich möchte noch einen ganz besonderen Dank an die Gastgeber Carlo und seine Frau Anna aussprechen für den sehr netten Kontakt und die Begrüßung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Le logement était en tout point identique aux images et à la description. Vous retrouverez dans ce logement des atouts uniques et absolument incroyables. Une terrasse couverte avec vue spectaculaire, une piscine creusée chauffée, des espaces vastes et éclairés. Gardez à l’esprit que certains petits services qui sont habituellement standards pour ce genre de location sont manquants, comme du gel de douche, une sécheuse ou plus d’une serviette par invité. L’entrée pour la voiture est aussi très étroite et escarpée, surtout si vous avez un gros véhicule. Mais ces petits éléments ne devraient pas vous priver de cette merveilleuse villa. Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire, parfait pour se ressourcer dans un environnement paisible et privé, je recommande fortement cette villa à quiconque recherche ce type d’expérience.

From start to finish Alessandra was so helpful and friendly, we had a few questions before we arrived which made it easy to plan and making bookings. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, and in such a fabulous location. We want to come back again next year!

Die Unterkunft war traumhaft schön. Großzügig und modern gestaltet mit Liebe zum Detail. Ein wunderschöner Pool und eine Lage mitten in der Natur Sardiniens. Tom war immer schnell zu erreichen und stand uns jederzeit zur Seite bei allen Fragen.

Enjoyed very clean apartment with extra amenities. Beautiful and comfortably furnished inside and outside on extensive quiet back patio. Beautiful dishes and glassware. Modern bathroom with excellent shower. Great location close to many beaches, great restaurants, shops, and to the port. Tommasina and Francesca were friendly and helpful.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Die Ausstattung war super. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir fanden es sehr schön, dass zahlreiche Spiele für die Kinder vorhanden waren. So kam auch an Regentagen keine Langeweile auf.

Notre séjour d’une semaine dans ce bel appartement s’est très bien passé, il y avait tout le nécessaire charlotte est super, répond très rapidement si besoin, elle est aussi arrangeante au niveau des horaires si cela est possible évidemment ! Elle était présente à notre arrivée et à notre départ c’est bien plus agréable qu’une boîte à clés ! Appartement très proche du port (3mn à pied) avec ses restaurants et ses boutiques, d’un Spar (en bas de l’immeuble) et avec une place de parking ce qui est un vrai plus 👍 Il est agréable de prendre un verre ou de manger sur le balcon, c’est une rue passante mais en même temps on est au cœur de Bonifacio …. Nous gardons l’adresse au cas où 😊

Hemos tenido una estadía genial en el alojamiento! La zona era muy tranquila, ideal para descansar y a tan solo menos de 10 minutos en auto del centro y los restaurantes. El departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos, muy amplio y estaba impecable. Las vistas desde el balcón nos han encantado! Destacamos la limpieza y lo bien equipado que estaba, incluyendo una sombrilla de sol que fue ideal para nuestras visitas en la playa. María Grazia nos recibió muy amablemente y ha sido muy gentil con nosotros en todo momento. Destacamos que nos haya permitido realizar el check out dos horas más tarde de lo establecido. Definitivamente recomendamos este alojamiento!

Alles super, schöner Wintergarten und Terrasse, Tennisanlage und Pool waren auch perfekt. Tennisschläger und Tennisbälle gab es auch in der Wohnung. Mit dem Anwohnerparkschein, der bereitgestellt wurde, konnten wir uns Geld beim Parken an den Stränden sparen. Als die Klimaanlage und der Ofen zeitgleich an waren, ist die Hauptsicherung rausgeflogen. Uns wurde aber schnell geholfen, wo der Schalter zu finden ist. Der wlan Router hatte einmal kein Internet, auf Nachfrage hat Antonella den Provider kontaktiert und das Problem war in 5 Minuten behoben. Somit 5/5 Sterne für alles.

appartamento fornito di ogni necessità, come stare a casa (lavatrice,lavastoviglie, aria condizionata,ogni genere di posate,padelle, ciotole ecc). vicino al market e al mare, zona molto tranquilla. un bel giardino curato con piante e fiori, con sdraio e barbecue. host molto gentile, diponibile e reattivo per qualsisi dubbio. consiglio senza dubbi.

Our stay was fantastic! We were greeted by Marco, who has shown us the territory and property, and was very welcoming and polite, answered all my questions and supported us during the stay. Check-in/check-out were smooth. Territory is absolutely stunning. It was the beginning of the season, not much people there, so it was really quiet. We enjoyed it. Parking is close and convenient. Apartment is spotless clean with a huge beautiful terrace. We have spent most of our time there. Kitchen is very well-equipped. I am cooking a lot, so I have appreciated like-new kitchen utensils, big and clean fridge. There were greeting gifts upon our arrival, that was a pleasant surprise. Comfortable beds and pillows, as well as a crib for a baby and a warm blanket, in case of need. Bedding smelled nicely. There were plenty of towels and even some stuff for a beach. Sea was 5-7 min walk, beach was nice, in June water was chilly, but for kids it was not a problem. We would certainly come back!!!
