2-room apartment with entrance, equipped kitchen and shower room with toilet (43 m2), COMPLETELY RENOVATED. 3rd and last floor, not overlooked (no elevator). Apartment located in the heart of Croissy-sur-Seine. Access to the entire house. Located 30 minutes from Paris by public transport, close to Versailles, and many shops and restaurants. If you want to get to Paris by Regional Express Network, 2 buses (D and E) at the very foot of the building take you to the station in 8 minutes.

Located 8 minutes from the Château de Versailles by car or transport. 2 minutes from the A13 highway and the large Parly 2 shopping center in a very quiet residence, come and discover it, you won't be disappointed. 10 minutes from Paris by car (Porte de Saint Cloud). Access to public transportation at the bottom of the building.
