Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Baildon

I stayed here with my husband and 2 young children on a visit to Holmfirth to see my best friend. Simon was so helpful and went above and beyond for our stay. He ensured everything was set up for us including an extra bed for the children, fresh bread on the side, and milk in the fridge. Also loved the fresh coffee available. Our kids loved running circles around the the flat and Simon even made a point to say to not worry about the kids running around as his children even loved doing that when they were young. So it was very nice to be in a family friendly place. Even the fresh tulips on the table made us smile. Thank you Simon for a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated in a vintage style, which made our stay warm and comfortable. Carmen and Martin welcomed us with open arms, and Carmen was incredibly kind and friendly. She explained everything clearly and made sure we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Thank you for the amazing hospitality — we truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

Lovely little place to stay. I'm glad Emma helped with the directions as Google maps found it difficult, but I got there eventually. There are quite a few steep steps down from the parking area to consider but I'm sure Emma will take that into consideration for others who might struggle there. Communication was top notch and extra info.given for the number of a local taxi service. Lovely room with separate ensuite bathroom. Very peaceful setting. Lovely to hear only the birds in the morning. Only a half mile walk into town with all its amenities.

Great apartment in a central location to shops, bars and restaurants. Spacious, comfortable and well laid out with everything you need for a short stay. Clean and host communicated very well. Thank you!

A beautifully appointed, stylish downstairs flat with exceptionally tasteful decor and fittings all to a very high standard. A luxurious kitchen with everything provided including complimentary teas and coffee as well as milk in the fridge which was very much appreciated and a good range of quality kitchen appliances and crockery. Excellent host who communicated perfectly and provided clear instructions about the facilities available. We definitely have this on our list for a return visit sometime and have already recommended it to friends and family.

Beautiful cozy farmhouse in a lovely town near Leeds. The place was absolutely gorgeous - warm, inviting, and full of charm. The hot tub was amazing, and there were plenty of games to enjoy. The host was super helpful and thoughtful with great local recommendations as well as leaving crumpets, fresh milk and butter and a selection of cereals and snacks for us to enjoy. No negatives, highly recommend!

We have just spent a weekend at Kate’s beautifully clean and well appointed flat in the centre of Grassington. The beds were extremely comfortable and the entire flat was bright and airy. Throughout the booking Kate was very responsive and very helpful with any questions we had. Lots of lovely independent shops to look around and we can highly recommend The Stripey Badger coffee shop and also The Devonshire pub. If we ever found ourselves in the area again we would certainly stay here again.

We stayed overnight at Diana's and it was perfect. The photos don't do it justice; it was much better and the living area, bedroom and bathroom were all huge! A great place to stay.

We’ve had a fantastic week at Jim and Jen’s cottage which is in a great location for walking the dog, Jim was a great host and recommended some lovely walks with amazing views, The cottage was cosy and felt like home from home and the welcome pack was lovely too

Nicole’s place was very convenient to Shibden Hall. We could walk to the Shibden Park right at the end of the street, which was great! Beds were comfortable and house was spotless. Thanks for a great stay!

We had the most wonderful stay at Spinney Cottage in the beautiful surroundings of the Yorkshire Dales. Rosie, Nicky and family were so kind and helpful. The cottage was perfect for a peaceful get away. It was spotlessly clean, friendly and inviting with those extra touches just making you feel at home. No detail was missed. Beds were super comfy. Log burner made you feel very cosy and was lovely to sit in the glow of this on the evenings. The eggs, cake, tea/coffee/milk and toiletries were all brilliant. We loved our stay, we loved meeting Tip, the ducks, chickens and bees. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would stay again in a heartbeat.

AMAZING LOCATION, 10 MIN STROLL TO THE CENTRE OF HARROGATE, LOVELY PARK FOR THE DOGS TO HAVE A RUN JUST OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY. PLACE WAS AMAZING AND VERY SPACIOUS. SPOTLESSLY CLEAN THROUGHOUT. WE WOULD LOVE TO STAY AGAIN IT WAS SO NICE. OUR HOST ANNALISA WAS VERY HELPFUL, SHE EVEN TEXT US TO SAY WE COULD ARRIVE AT THE PROPERTY EARLIER AS IT WAS READY FOR US, THIS WAS A BIG BONUS, WE CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH FOR OUR LOVELY STAY.

The location was 10/10 - next to the train station. The home had everything we needed, all the kitchen appliances and everything you’d need for a short stay. The outdoor area is so so lovely, the flowers and greenery make it very relaxing. The hot tub was fantastic!

We had a lovely stay at this fantastic apartment. It was absolutely spotless and so well equipped and in a lovely village with a train station close by. The fizz and cookies were a nice touch too. Thank you Jayne and Hayley for letting us stay, we can't wait to return. 😊

Perfection!! Clive's place is a wonderful place to stay. Clive and Julie are great hosts, friendly, helpful, accommodating and very welcoming. The welcome 'goodies' were very appreciated and tasty. The unit is very tastefully decorated and well appointed, the bed is super comfy and the shower is large with good water pressure. The outdoor area is a real delight, we sat and watched the ducks, the other birds (saw kingfishers!) and the squirrels. We had everything we needed for a happy, memorable stay. There are lots of walks in the area, plus a number of interesting things to see and do. It's an easy train ride to York, Harrogate and Leeds and the station is a short walk from the unit. There are a lot of pubs and cafes within easy walk - The Half Moon pub does delicious pizza! Overall, we very highly recommend Clive's unit and would return often if we could.

I love this flat it's ideal if you have mobility problems and want to be on one level. it flows well. lovely bedrooms great well stocked kitchen. large shower. the area is beautiful on the canal and there are fabulous communal gardens just outside the pretty courtyard garden are that are full of beautiful flowers. beds are comfy and the owner is always fast to respond.

Absolutely stunning property with everything you would need for a stay away already in place! It’s just as it looks in the images, very spacious, absolutely stunning bathrooms and full functioning kitchen with all the cutlery and dishes you need! Loved the guest book with all details and instructions for our stay! Can very much tell the host has a lot of attention to detail! Every part of the space was so well thought out, aesthetically pleasing, whilst also being highly functional! I will definitely be looking to book again for my next trip to Harrogate!

The studio was lovely! the water pressure was a little poor and the taps in the bathroom were too close to the sink but thats not unliveable! we kept the studio as clean as possible but it was very clean already! it was decently easy to get to, clear instructions on how to get in. The bed was comfy and the fact there was no tv made it so much more enjoyable because we actually planned out our days instead of slumped over watching netflix all day 😂 lots of busses around and VERY comfy and cosy. Clean and warm. Thank you to the host for allowing us to stay here!

A lovely flat which matched the description..... very handy for the town, which is delightful! Hosts very responsive and helpful whenever we needed them. We would all return...... I was on a golfing break with mates but would return with family
