Host was very responsive. The house is so new as well as the furniture and appliances. Everything is complete specially on the kitchen. Place is safe and secured as the friendly neighbors are just friends and family of the host.

The host is very responsive to my queries. The staff are helpful too. The place is beautiful as seen on the pictures posted. We highly recommend this place to our friends and family. We were a big group of 30 pax and everyone enjoyed and felt comfortable with the place. We love the place!

Really great place to stay for a big group people like us. Ms. Dalia and her family[Ufe & Duffy], was really accomodating and communicate well with us. Highly recommended for a place near beach and in the center of all activities in san juan elyu.

It was a wonderful place! Peaceful but the road leading to the place was a bit cramped and if you have a big car it will be quite troublesome. Everything was clean and spotless but there was one time the water almost went out while I was showering. All in all, it was quite a pleasant stay.

The host is very accommodating, friendly, and well round off (feels like you have your own butler). Nanay marlyn (the cook) cooks very good dishes. You don’t need to bring baon because she can cook (filipino food)whatever you like. Over all the experience was great, cheap price, and homie vibes.

The place is great, spacious, and clean. We loved the karaoke. The host is very responsive and caters all our needs while inside the villa. Highly recommended to those families looking for a private place to unwind or just have a small gatherings.

The villa is cute and stylish just like the pictures with everything you need! They even have board games like monopoly and cards. I suggest to add jenga and portable karaoke 🎤 coz we’re filipinos and loves to sing haha 😍 Overall our experience was great! My fam enjoyed our staycation! We enjoyed our stay at RnR Suites! It was a last-minute booking, so I’m glad they were able to accommodate us. We had no running water for the first two hours of our stay—probably because the water tank had not been full prior to our arrival. This may also be the reason why the water pressure was quite weak, so showering takes time. The caretakers were friendly and quick to act when I called about the water issue (thank you po Ate and Kuya). The pool is a bit small, but I say so because we are a party of 30. Nonetheless, both kids and parents enjoyed the pool and its bubbles. The common room is very spacious. We were able to dine together because there are foldable tables and chairs provided. Overall, RnR Suites is a great place to stay for big families!

5 Stars – Outstanding Host! Staying at Sir Alex’s place was an absolute pleasure. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable—even going so far as to purchase a brand-new oven just to accommodate my cooking needs! That level of thoughtfulness and hospitality is truly rare. The space was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described, and Alex was always responsive and kind throughout my stay. I highly recommend booking with him—you’ll be in great hands!

The place is fantastic! Our family truly enjoyed our 3D2N stay. The house was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with toiletries and kitchen essentials—cooking there felt just like home. We especially loved the sustainable setup, with a garden filled with tomatoes, eggplant, rosemary, chili, lemongrass, and papaya. It was both beautiful and inspiring! The owner was kind enough to let us take some rosemary for our steak night, which paired perfectly with the complimentary wine. They also provided camping chairs we could take to the beach to enjoy the sunset—such a thoughtful touch. Huge thanks to the owners and to Ms. Jenny for the warm welcome, the tour, and for being so responsive throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was super clean—every corner spotless and truly up to my standards. It was also fully equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to grilling tools and even condiments. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive to all our requests. When we needed extra chairs, they provided them right away. Even the caretaker and guards were helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and convenient. The best part? The beach was just a stone’s throw away! Plus, the house itself was very aesthetic—perfect for relaxing and taking photos. Highly recommend!

Lily’s place is hands down the best bnb we’ve stayed at in LU. I’m definitely booking again the next time I’m in town. I really appreciated how proactive the host was—she sent a message with everything we needed to know: how to get in, where the key was, what to expect. Super clear and helpful, and everything was labeled too, which made things so easy. The place itself is super cozy and homey—we honestly didn’t even want to leave. It had everything we needed for a chill and comfy stay. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a nice spot near the beach.

Maganda yung place peaceful walking distance lang sa beach malaki ang bahay and 3 rooms 2 bath room 2 kitchen. worth it yung price and worth it yung place sa gusto ng peaceful vacation try this transient house dika mabibigo sa sobrang peaceful. Thank you din sa mga Host mabilis ang responce and malinis yung bahay na dinatnan namin sofer bango din. they have a mini store na pwede kang bumili may lagayan sila ng pera para dun ilagay ang bayad. Thank you po for the feel at home vibes house. worth it balikan. malapit din sila sa mga famous spots sa elyu like kabsat flatsam & jetsam. ❤️❤️❤️

The property is aesthetically pleasing and located in a peaceful area. It comfortably accommodated our group of 10. The kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary utensils. The beach is less than a 2-minute walk away, and it's a short 15–20 minute drive to Urbiztondo and the local nightlife in elyu.The host was very responsive ,ensured a smooth stay and a very pet friendly airbnb unit ( I have 5 dogs along with me ☺️) Highly recommended.

What a wonderful find for a family getaway! The cozy coastal vibe was exactly what we needed, and there was something for everyone in the family to enjoy. Both villas were spacious and instantly made us feel at home. The beach was absolutely stunning—sunny and vibrant during the day, then cool and rainy at night, which was perfect for catching up on rest. The fully equipped kitchen made meals easy, and having three restrooms in Villa 1 was a big plus for our group. With the cool breeze, sleeping out on the terrace was incredibly relaxing—truly one of the highlights of my trip back to the Philippines. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! I would say Sir Jof’s place is definitely on my top 3 list. My stay was absolutely perfect. The space was exactly what I needed clean, comfortable, and peaceful. What stood out most was the host’s incredible understanding and kindness. They were flexible, communicative, and genuinely caring, which made a stressful time ( because it was raining heavily) so much easier. I’m deeply grateful and would absolutely stay again.
