We highly recommend staying here. The house is fantastic and the apartment in it allows you to feel the atmosphere of the town. We spent very pleasant moments in it. The terrace is definitely an asset of this place. Simona hosted us wonderfully, she was very nice and very helpful. The contact was always very smooth and pleasant, we felt very cared for. Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

The house and yard were very beautiful! If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful stay in the country, this is the place to go. The place doesn't have a whole lot of modern conveniences. it feels more old fashioned which was exactly what I wanted for our trip to Italy:)

The place was great! Very nice apartment with its own, separate terrace with great views. Communication with Alessandra was easy, including previous tips on parking. We will be happy to come back :)

If you are looking for a little piece of heaven look no further. Vignoni Alto is peaceful and incredibly beautiful. Stefano met us and showed us everything about the apartment and the historic hamlet. His instructions and recommendations were very helpful. The apartment is not far from the restaurants in Bagno Vignoni. Stefano really is a perfect host—responsive, friendly and proactive. Our only regret was that after a week we had to leave.

If you are looking to spend a few days exploring Orvieto, this is the perfect location! It is within easy walking distance to everything - restaurants, shops & the attractions. Highly recommend parking down below at the train station & taking the funicular up. You can take a shuttle from the funicular to the duomo for a small fee & walk from there. We thoroughly enjoyed this visit & location.

We loved our stay here! The house is charming and so unique. We especially loved the beautiful views from our patio and the restaurants nearby. Caleb was a great host and was very responsive. The cats in the area were definitely a huge bonus. We can’t wait to be back!

If you stay here, you will find yourself in a painting, so beautiful is this cottage located in the mountains! Lucca is really super nice and funny. He tells a lot. The restaurant they run is fine too, and good food! The breakfast is very good. We definitely recommend this cottage!

We had a nice stay on our bike trip to Rome in Fabio's studio. Large, beautiful space with beautiful views over the hills. Fabio made sure that our bikes could be safely parked in a garage 200m away. The e-bike could charge there. Fabio even helped carry the luggage up the stairs from the street to the studio. His recommendation for a restaurant was very good. Amelia is a beautiful town and we would love to come back, in Fabio's studio!

Daniela was very kind and very helpful as well as being a serious and professional host. The apartment is clean, well furnished and well equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect for reaching the main attractions of the area, which are really numerous. A special mention should be made of the outdoor area, which is very well equipped and ideal for an afternoon nap after sightseeing. We would like to thank Daniela again for her exquisite hospitality in the hope of being able to return soon to visit these beautiful places.

Great location with amazing views, the quaint village was a delight and enjoying it from the terrace was wonderful!

This was the finest AirBNB home that we've ever stayed in. Every room was immaculate, the views were incredible (private and among vineyards, you can see for miles), every appliance and fixture seemed new. Everything was anticipated to make the stay perfect.....a refrigerator, bathroom and shower at the beautiful pool, pool towels in each bedroom, etc. As soon as you walk into this house, you are going to go "wow", and for good reason. Francesca came and cooked us a delicious local dinner and did some light grocery shopping for us.....all for an unreasonably LOW fee. We had another chef team come in on another night. We also visited a local winery where we had a fantastic, private wine tasting tour and lunch (Tenuta Vitalonga) and followed that up with touring Orvieto and having dinner at a very unique restaurant (Le Grotte del Funaro). Make sure you have a car or are using a bus/limo service for your transportation, nothing is walkable from this beautiful private house.

Stefania was super nice to wait for us despite we were later for 3 hours. Her house was very beautiful and lots of space for 10 of us. Everyone can have their own space on the balcony or terrace. Can have BBQ too. House was very well equipped with everything that we expected. Had a wonderful time. Thank you.

We liked it very much, it was very comfortable to spend the night on our route and it made it easy for us to leave our luggage before the stipulated check-in time so we could take advantage of sightseeing from the morning.

We had an amazing time with our dog (galgo/spanish greyhound). You couldn't wish for a better place to be on holidays with a dog. Huge area with a high-fence. A dream. Letizia was always helpful and responsive. We're definitely looking to come back.

What a lovely property and host! Andrea was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a tour of the home and answered any questions we had before leaving us to enjoy the wonderful property. He even sent us restaurant recommendations which turned out to be amazing. The property itself is picturesque and almost felt unreal. My family was in awe and couldn’t stop mentioning how it was the nicest part of our trip (which we stayed in multiple places throughout). It was impeccably clean without a single speck of dust present. The furnishings were all perfectly picked and each added charm to the home. The rooms were cozy and all had wonderful views. We almost didn’t even notice the weather was gloomy the few days we were there because of how much we enjoyed the home itself. I can only imagine when it’s sunny and warm! Thank you for everything Andrea. We definitely plan to come back!

VERY rural location,which we loved,but if you are not used to country living and driving on country roads,the location could be intimidating.We were there in April,too early to be able to use the pool,but we did use the charcoal grill and ate outside several times. The surroundings are spectacular and you can hike up to the charming town of Civitella D'Agliano. There are grocery stores available as well as several pizzerias.We used it as a base for day trips to Umbria and Tuscany. We had a lovely 12 days here!

Was a beautiful respite for our family while travelling between Rome and Florence. It comfortably fit eight of us including the grandparents and younger children. We enjoyed a day trip to Assisi and spent time by the pool. Quiet but about an eight minute drive to a nearby town. Just a tip, use Apple maps instead of Google Maps. Google wanted to send us down an overgrown path.

A Perfect Holiday – Like Heaven on Earth! This place exceeded all our expectations. A stunning and peaceful location with breathtaking views over the valley, lake, and mountains. The house and garden were beautifully maintained, and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Mrs. Lesley, who was an invaluable help throughout our stay. She provided us with plenty of useful tips and advice on various matters, such as train tickets and local attractions. Thanks to her, we were also able to arrange a wonderful dinner at the villa – truly an unforgettable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this place – if we could give it 150%, we absolutely would!
