Cabin holiday rentals in Bærum

Beautiful place, well maintained and equipped. Conveniently 10-15min drive to all the town services but in the middle of nature, right by the water. We stayed for six nights with our 10 month old baby and would happily return!

The cabin was super cosy, clean and comfortable. Thanks to the forest surrounding it, you don’t feel like you are in such a close proximity to Oslo at all! The hot tub outside was a highlight of the trip and it was also super easy to use. Highly recommend!

Spent New Year here, fantastic views, very comfortable accomodation, well equipped if you chose to self cater, would recommend.

Literally heaven on earth, I couldn’t recommend this place more. Svein and his family were so beautiful and kind. I felt so safe and peaceful there. I will definitely be back. 100/10 loved everything about my stay xx

5 stars in all categories! The view is incredible, and pictures can't do it justice. Everything is very modern but still cosy. There are few tourist offers in the nearby area, but you can visit different shopping and gastronomic offers in a short time with a car. I enjoyed the view from the property so much that I was hardly on the road. Of course, if you want, you can also go hiking in the directly adjacent nature. The cottage is superbly equipped, we lacked nothing there. The hosts are very accommodating and always respond promptly. We were lucky with the weather and had almost 19 hours of sunshine every day - but the view will have its own charm in every season. Overall, there is nothing to complain about, we enjoyed our time out very much and would come back at any time!

Incredibly cozy, sweet cabin with the best outdoor shower we have ever tried. Very private and quiet location, simple style with everything we needed. Annette told us about very nice hiking areas (Breivoll we loved it) we will recommend the cabin highly and will be happy to return

Sindre's cabin is very cozy and practically furnished, and matches exactly with descriptions and pictures. It is located in a quiet and peaceful location in fantastic nature. Sindre is very helpful and responded quickly to our inquiries. Highly recommended!

Cozy cabin in beautiful and quiet surroundings. Luxury with access to a beautiful beach right outside.

Good place to stay with a dog. Dog parks and nice walking paths in the forest. Easy to drive to Sognsvanns subway station, free parking and 15 minutes to the city center.

We were immediately impressed by the charm of the summer idyll. On the car-free island, with great views and close to a swimming area with beautiful bedrooms and a bright living room, you can immediately feel comfortable and enjoy a relaxing vacation. A real gem!

We had a great stay in this beautiful house on a wonderful island. It was a bit challenging with 3 kids in the rain, but it was well worth it. The house and grounds are absolutely amazing and it's a great adventure getting there and exploring the island. Thanks to Christian for his help.

We spent one night in the cabin. Good bus connection with a short hike. Incredibly beautiful area, perfect for hiking, close to the capital. Despite 10 degrees Celsius in the center of Oslo there was still snow and ice on the trails. Keep this in mind when traveling in early spring. The cabin is heated so there is no need to light a fire in the fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped.

This was the 2nd time we borrowed the house and we had a great time: Swimming and jacuzi, barbecues and pizza dinner with its own pizza oven, quiet mornings with coffee and beautiful views, and walks by boat, paddle board and kayak. We would gladly came back next year.

Marte's place is really a little special and fantastic. Super quiet and is located in a beautiful garden. Just across the street is the sea and you can jump directly into the water. Plus, it's just a great place for enjoying the sunset. Marte was always very friendly and too accommodating. I felt very comfortable with your family.

We were a large family group gathering for our first time in Oslo. The island location is gorgeous and the house is both beautiful and well suited to a family group. Catherine was proactive in getting our groceries delivered so we were comfortable despite no stores on the island. We also had free use of their boat which allowed us to arrange our schedule as we liked. Pacing with our large family group meant accounting for two shuttle trips to get all of us across to the mainland. The 31 bus line was close and frequent for getting us into Oslo. We bought a week pass but no one ever seemed to check the bus ticket. The house itself was well equipped with everything kitchen, fireplace and gorgeous outdoor space. It was a little cool and rainy for the pool but the hanging outdoor bed was a favorite spot to hang out.

It was a nice place for a weekend get-away from Oslo. Easy to get to the cabin with the bus 200. Erling has been helpful and replied quickly. The cabin was simple with kitchenware and linens, so you don't have to bring lots of things. The host also prepared water in the water can, which was enough for my two day stay time. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend for those who want to spend time in a simple cabin.
