The apartment is quiet to unashamed to but short distance to everything . 20 sqm terrace with stunning views of the Oslo fjord, the apartment of 90 sqm is located on 2 floors in single-family home , the apartment is completely renovated in 2021. Short way to t track,bus,shops, beach etc. 10 min to Oslo city centre by car.. Owner of the house lives on 1 floor and there is a common entrance but its own hallway. Owner of the house has access to its own loft in the floor above the apartment. This means that the owner uses common stairwell. There is an Apple TV in the living room to sleep.

Heating cables in all floors, fireplace and wood. Private sunny furnished patio. Parking space outside the garage with possibility of charging. There is about 15 minutes to walk or 3 minutes by bus to Asker city center. From Asker it is 20 min with train to Oslo S.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, elegant place. When you enter the door, you'll be in the living room. With private balcony and fireplace. A sofa and queen bed. Take the stairs down to get to the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen counter is quite small, but it has an induction top and oven. The apartment is suitable for one to two people who want to be close to hiking terrain and ski slopes. Nice starting point for nature walks. At the same time only 30 minutes from Oslo city center with museums and restaurants.

It takes 5 min to' walk to two grocery stores open on Sundays. The 42 bus is 5 min away and the subway is in 15 min walking distance. In total it is 30 min to city center. Velkommen til Bogstad - et steinkast fra Oslo Golfklubb, Bogstad Badeplass, skiløyper og marka. Leiligheten består av 1 soverom med 150 cm seng, men det er mulig å tilrettelegge med madrass på gulvet i stuen for et barn/ungdom dersom det er ønskelig. Bogstad gir deg det beste fra begge verdener. Du bor landlig og fredelig til omringet av natur, samtidig som at alle Oslo sine fasiliteter er en kort tur unna. Det finnes buss og t-bane i umiddelbar nærhet, og på Røa finnes alle fasiliteter.
