Very spacious and cozy accommodation, superbly equipped, located 10 m from the woods, walks in the countryside, along the small river La Hoegne, the Hautes Fagnes, Spa F1 in a small country village. Top: the Fagnes Reserve and its magnificent walks on foot or by bike. The accommodation has been completely renovated to best meet the needs of a stay for a couple, family, friends... The terrace is large, pleasant and sunny! Private independent cottage with private and covered parking. Top location!

The cozy loft in our family home has a separate entrance and private parking. A lobby, separate toilet, living room (wifi, Netflix, Proximus, DVD), full kitchen, double bed and bathroom. A small cozy backyard is landscaped. "Chez Lou" is the ideal place for a relaxing stay. (Hot tub May to October). We are in Baelen, near the Hautes Fagnes and the Michel hut for beautiful walks. A stone's throw away, Aachen or Eupen, for activities, shops and restaurants.

Once she left, we began to appreciate just how much thought, energy, and care she had invested in creating this unique retreat. Everything — from the overarching design to the smallest details — reflects her dedication and refined taste. The house is beautifully arranged, extremely functional, and infused with an inspiring ecological mindset that sets a new standard for Airbnb stays. We sincerely hope others will follow this example. More than just a peaceful and inspiring environment, the space was perfectly suited for focused work. It allowed us to stay productive and fully achieve the goals we had set for our workshop in Verviers. Blue Ardenne is a rare gem — un véritable havre de paix, où l’esprit comme le cœur trouvent pleinement leur place !
