The Quart

Weston sub Edge is a small village close to the start of the Cotswold Way, 20 minutes from the home of Shakespeare at Stratford Upon Avon, two miles from Chipping Campden and its Music and Literature Festivals, Broadway, Longborough Opera, Daylesford, and National Trust properties. We are perfectly located for walking and exploring. Do bring your dog but please don't leave them on their own in The Quart. Transport is essential as we are very rural and taxis and buses aren't always available.

The Stables, next to the Cotswolds, near Evesham

The Stables is a converted annex has one allocated parking space, (There is room for 2nd car close by) Stables has a 12 foot square patio area, to the rear. The Stables has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. In addition there is a sofa bed in the lounge area which is suitable for 2 young children or one adult . We welcome up to two medium or small dogs. With larger dogs please ask. For parents with babies, we provide a high chair but there is not really sufficient space for a cot.

Oakleigh Cottage in the Vale of Evesham

Your countryside home awaits you in the market garden village of Badsey, in the Vale of Evesham. This 270 year old stone cottage was once the servants quarters for Oakleigh House, located centrally in the village on a quiet cul-de-sac. There are two pubs, a village shop & butcher nearby and country walks on the doorstep. Larger towns like Cheltenham, Stratford-upon-Avon & Worcester are within easy reach. More locally is the wonderful Cotswold town of Chipping Campden and the village of Broadway.

Iconic 17th Century Thatched Cottage

Enjoy the beautiful garden in the summer sunshine or hunker down next to the fire in the winter, Hoo Cottage has it all! It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

At Saintbury Grounds Farm we have 3 self-catering holiday let properties set within the converted outbuildings of our 17th century Cotswold stone farmhouse. The Hayloft is a two bedroom one bathroom first floor, light-filled luxury apartment with private balcony and fabulous views .

Recently renovated but still has the charm of a old cottage, with an opened planned living space, this 2 bedroom cottage is perfectly located within easy reach of some of the Cotswold's prettiest villages and towns. Within easy reach of both Broadway and Chipping Campden and only 30 minutes from Stratford Upon Avon. Home from home experience awaits. A well behaved dog is welcome

The Duck Shed Annex

On the edge of the Cotswolds and close to Stratford-upon-Avon, it offers lovely countryside views and a retreat for two. Inside, enjoy the open-plan kitchen with a Nespresso machine, a spotless and comfortable bed, a cosy lounge, and a pristine bathroom. Outside, unwind in the private, sheltered garden with outdoor bath, fire pit, and seating. Brand new exterior (est 2026). EV charging available.

Deluxe Coach House at Bretforton Manor with pool

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

Dog friendly self contained flat

Lovely 1 bed flat in an edge of Cotswold village, with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Sofa bed means the flat can sleep 4. There is also a single Z bed suitable for a child (please let us know if you need this) and a travel cot. Well placed for the Cotswolds as well as Stratford, Cheltenham, Worcester. Very historic area. Electric car charge point for £10 overnight. Note we are 36 High Street NOT 42 as Airbnb state, no idea why and they won't let me change it on my listing!

The old Wash House

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.
