Thank you, Nello! We had a great time in Guia.. the accommodation was very clean, we have rarely seen it like that before. The laundry smelled great, the kitchen was equipped for really all needs, the entire apartment shone, everything was available for a small fine breakfast, the mobile air conditioner did what it should and the view from the balcony to the vineyards was simply fantastic. Everything just worked out, Nello was always available and friendly. We will be happy to come back!

This place is a little piece of heaven. A real sanctuary... the sauna, hot tub and oh my god, THE VIEWS!!! Lorenzo, the host, was so kind and helpful. He provided us step by step instructions and made sure we had a worry-free stay! We highly recommend booking this Airbnb ❤️

I was surprised by the accommodation, which was prettier and more beautiful than the photos, and it was so nice. Dolomiti was also quick to get to by car. The location of the accommodation is also good because it is close to the grocery store. Above all, the interior was so great and I wanted to stay in a cozy accommodation. I met them in person for check-in and check-out, and I was impressed by their guidance. I highly recommend it!!

Franz was communicative and friendly. The place is modern and kept very clean. The kitchen is quite nice. The beds are comfortable and the porch gives you a nice view with sounds of wildlife. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice! We had an ant problem the first few days, but overall it was great. We enjoyed the balcony with the view - especially the shade in the evening. Breakfast at the "zummuellerhof" is recommended!

A nice just renovated apartment upstairs in an apartment complex, just next to the end of the “horses towlift” of the ski area. Apartment consists of a larger living room with a separate sleeping area with double bed and a room with 2 single beds. The double bed in the room was a bit hard (but that's personal). Good kitchen with dish washer. Close to 2 hotels where there are a total of 3 places to charge your electric car. The apartment is well located on the ski area Alta Badia, perhaps the most beautiful area we have ever been. Direct access to the Sella Ronda! From the apartment you can walk to the tow elevator but we chose to go to the large elevator by car (5 minutes drive) Supermarket (SPAR) in the village (near the big ski lift). Fantastic view! We visited with 2 adults and 2 young adults

Wow, wow, wow this place is so beautiful and magical. Views of the Dolomites straight out your window. Beautifully appointed cabin with everything you need. The spa and saunas are fantastic after a day of exploring this incredibly gorgeous part of our planet. Ilaria is the most welcoming host even offering fresh eggs and locally made cheese. This portion of our Italian holiday will remain etched in our memories forever.

The view from this apartment is breathtaking and what sold us on the place! My husband and I really enjoyed staying here and the luxurious touches. Very close to grocery stores, restaurants, hikes. Has all the necessities and is as shown in the pictures. There are other units beside and upstairs which made it less private however still a great stay overall.

Absolutely stunning destination and accommodation with everything you need and other luxuries! It exceeded all our expectations. We loved the sauna & jaccuzzi with a view at the terrace. I think this place is one of the best in the Dolomites. Local and home cooking, which is very tasty. The ski lift is located nearby. It's only 20 minutes by car to the Val Gardena pass. All the infrastructure is nearby. The hostess is incredibly friendly! I will definitely come back and I recommend everyone to visit this place. You will definitely not regret it. The apartments are new and incredibly clean with all the amenities! The cuisine in the restaurant is very tasty and fresh)

We enjoyed our stay very much. The setting is very pleasant, between mountains and farm animals. Andreas is super responsive, offers very good homemade products and is available on a daily basis. The accommodation was very clean, functional and very pleasant as well. We highly recommend staying there!

Monika and Reinhold were extremely friendly, helpful and generous. My wife and I were spending our honeymoon there and we loved every single detail. The place was even better than the pictures showed!! It was a very pleasant stay and certainly would book it again if I went back there.

Clean house at the quiet area

We stayed here for a month while skiing in the Dolomites. The apartment was really nice and a good base for skiing. It has a cozy neighborhood with a lot of animals, and is located not too far from Brixen. Overall very happy with our stay😊

We were on site for 10 days in the preseason (early May). We felt comfortable right away. The apartment is spacious and bright. The beautiful wooden kitchen is well equipped. The location offers many opportunities for excursions and hikes in the beautiful Dolomites. If we have the opportunity, we'd love to come back.

Ute's place was perfect, extremely clean, in a nice quiet location close to the city of Cortina. Her communication was excellent, and she has some great recommendations. The house has everything we needed for a 4 night stay to hike the surrounding trails. It was central to all the main hikes. We highly recommend Ute's location.

There’s two types of people that own Airbnb’s. The first is a business owner that doesn’t care and the second is a husband and wife that put their heart and soul into their house and their existence. Luca is such a person with his wife. They are fantastic. Just like coming home after not seeing your parents for several years. Not only were they polite, but they had everything that you could possibly want to make your stay so enjoyable from the extras in the kitchen to a weapon size wine opener. Truly a wonderful feeling they give in a wonderful place. The location is stunning. And near everything you want to do, I cannot think of a better Time I’ve had at an Airbnb. It’s like your home for a couple days. It’s wonderful. Highly recommended.

Karl was very responsive and helpful. The place was conveniently located in the center of town. Additionally, we were in bind for several things and Karl kindly assisted without question in things that extended beyond just hosting. That kind of attention to detail is rare in any host! The bed is also very comfortable and the room is very cozy! I would highly recommend staying here.
