The Festspielhaus is in 7 minutes to reach the center in 15 minutes. Cleaning and laundry service is weekly and is included in the price. A tax for private stays in the amount of currently EUR 3.20 per day per person is payable. It is a Non smoking apartment, no pets please.

Per guest and overnight stay 4,50 € guest tax has to be paid in cash.
