Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

Es gibt mehrere kleine Inseln wie z.B. unsere Leseecke oder Kaffeebar. Für die Kinder sorgt ein kleiner Spielbereich und Sandkasten. Der 700m2 Garten bietet viel Platz zum Sonnenbaden oder einen gemütlichen Abend am Lagerfeuer.

Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.

Perfect for a holiday or a weekend away for two. For cold days or cosy evenings, guests have access to a private sauna, a hot tub and a wood-fired tiled stove. Shops are within walking distance, as are many lovely hiking and forest trails.

Waldferienhaus - Cosy cottage close to the forest

My cottage Waldferienhaus is located on a meadow at the edge of the small town Lamspringe. There is a beautiful view into the landcape. The calm, hilly countryside is inviting you to spend some relaxing days far from noise and traffic. You can explore the environment by hiking (some nice geocaching-trails here), or visit the Harz mountains or some towns like Goslar, Hildesheim, Bad Gandersheim.

Tiny House "Zirbe" by the lake with sauna

Cozy cottage for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built exclusively with ecological materials and furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.
