The apartment (68 square meters) is located on the outskirts of Oldenburg and has a sauna (coin machine), modern kitchen, Wi-Fi, smart TV, Blu-ray player. It is located on the upper floor of a detached house and can be reached via the external staircase (private access). The washing machine is in the private bathroom. Sleeping accommodations are located in the spacious bedroom (double bed, space for a children's travel bed), passage room (extra bed) and in the living/bedroom (sofa bed, 2 people).

Das Beste kommt ja bekanntlich zu Schluss und endlich dürfen wir uns über diesen tollen Neuzugang freuen. Etwas versteckt, auf der Rückseite des Bauernhauses, liegt das Apartment Kayhausen. Hier haben wir uns das Ziel gesetzt die typischen Merkmale eines Bauernhauses, wie die kleinen Sprossenfenster und Deckenbalken, bestmöglichst in das Gesamtbild zu integrieren. Gut Winkel, an oasis of well-being in Ammerland

Die Ferienwohnung wurde im Mai 2022 fertiggestellt und liegt im 1.OG auf Gut Winkel, dem ältesten noch existierenden Hof (1746) in der Gemeinde Apen. Sie ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll ausgestattet und bietet auf ca. 75qm 2 Personen Platz. Die Gartenbenutzung ist selbstverständlich erlaubt. Wir leben hier zusammen mit unseren Hunden, Katzen und Pferden und freuen uns, Dich in dieser Idylle begrüßen zu dürfen. Der Hof hat eine ganz besondere Aura, die es zu entdecken gilt.

Welcome to the apartment "To'n Katteker" in Aschhauserfeld near the Zwischenahner Meer! Katteker is Low German, means squirrel and here the name says it all, because these and many other wild animals can be best observed from the living room with a vintage sofa. The spacious kitchen is great for cooking and two bedrooms offer peace and quiet to relax. The apartment is located on an old farm in the landscape conservation area with good access to cycling and hiking trails.
