Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

Wonderful location, surrounded by nature, far from the chaos of the city, we really relaxed, reminiscent of typical Italian mountain houses, in the most niche areas. Spectacular!!!!

Our family had a wonderful few days at Anna's home. The home is very nice, charming and has everything you need, and the location can't be beat - walkable to several restaurants within minutes. We loved spending afternoons on the porch. Anna was a great host and communication was great. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is in a fantastic location – surrounded by nature and perfect for hiking. Thanks to the guest card, we were able to use many great offers in the region. The apartment itself is well equipped, very tastefully decorated and offers fantastic views. Particularly noteworthy is the super friendly and helpful contact with Elisabeth – we felt completely comfortable from the beginning. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation offers everything you need and with sauna, jacuzzi and pool table or barbecue also a nice change for everyday life. As a suggestion for improvement, only a privacy screen in the "spa area", as it is somewhat insightful due to the neighboring houses. All in all, we felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation because of its amenities and also because of its location. Communication with Manuela was flawless.

We were there with 7 adults for 4 days and felt very comfortable. The house has a special and inviting, enveloping atmosphere. It is not simply set up for tourists, it has the spirit of the owner and the surroundings with many loving and meaningful details. We found everything we needed to cook. The kitchen table is a great place to linger and have conversations. It's just nice and highly recommended. The 2 toilets are also helpful if you live with a larger group. We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool – in the rather bad weather, it was just the thing to still create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constant between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile cot, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. The size of the sauna allows several people to relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we could not really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

A very nice, high-quality accommodation (perhaps apart from the hair dryer), where they really thought things through. Everything you need is there, the view of the mountains is a dream and the pool and hot tub make the whole thing complete after hiking in the great area. Lukas responded immediately and nicely to questions. I really highly recommend this place.

Everything worked out fine from check-in to checkout. Very friendly host who is easily accessible for questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the place, especially because of the good location.

We had a great time in Antje's apartment! It is very well equipped and we felt comfortable right away. The private lake terrace is a highlight, especially when the place is full on holidays. The location is really great and you have a wide variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The small village shop is also just around the corner. We will be happy to come back! 🙂

We had a wonderful two-night stay and wished we could stay longer! The host was nice and quick to respond. The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had an amazing rustic design that made it feel warm and special. It had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. We felt right at home and would love to stay there again!

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) went on holiday together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

The stay with Katharina was fine. Very neat. Great instructions. The enclosed garden was very nice so our dog could go outside freely.

We made lifelong memories as a family in this house. The host was outstandingly responsive and polite. The house is modern, clean, cozy, spacious, and amazing for a family reunion. The kitchen had all tools necessary for a comfortable home cooking experience. If we needed something - they had it! Super home for a family with a kid or kids. The location is peaceful and secluded, but you can walk to a promenade or a nearby restaurant easily if you want to socialize. About an hour on a taxi from the Munich airport which was reasonable for us. We would go there every year! We loved it so much!

First of all, I would like to say that the host is super friendly, accommodating and attentive! The place was as described. Even better! The apartment is very high quality and tastefully furnished. There's nothing missing. Due to the private entrance, the thing is great. If we needed help, the answer was super fast, friendly and comprehensive. The apartment is beautiful and there is everything you need. Everything was also clean. Check in was easy and flexible. The location is nice and quiet. We would come back any time:)

We had our dog with us and could start with him directly from the apartment with great walks through meadows and fields with streams. A dream. The tranquility was impressive for us. A barely used road runs in front of the house. If you went for a walk with the dog in the evening, you could hear the cowbells in the distance.

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We received many good tips for activities in the region. In the pine bedroom you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is located in a quiet area that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

Beautiful place to relax surrounded by nature! Good location, wonderful chalet with everything you need. We recommend that you buy more consumables (spices, cooking essentials, such as additional toiletries like toilet paper) if you need them.

We had wonderful days in the beautiful apartment of Carolin and Stephan. The communication in advance as well as during the stay was very pleasant and courteous, messages were answered quickly and very friendly. The provision of a travel cot and a high chair was offered directly, so we did not have to worry about it. Everything was super clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need (spices, oil, etc. available). Even water, beer, tea & some coffee were available as a welcome! In addition, dishwasher + tabs. The bathroom (directly adjacent to the bedroom) was also perfectly clean, the shower is large and accessible at ground level. The fold-out sofa bed in the living room was also very comfortable! The apartment was on the upper floor, from the balcony you had a beautiful view! We felt very comfortable and would recommend the apartment without reservation! Thank you :)

We were very happy with the place. Everything was clean, stylishly furnished and nothing was missing. There was even a bowl and a treat for our dog. Upon entering the apartment, it smelled very pleasant, you immediately felt comfortable. Communication was great and quick. We are happy to recommend.
