Adjacent is a spacious living area with a futon double bed (160x200cm) and two sofas. There are two separate bedrooms, one with two single beds, and the other offers a comfortable king-size bed. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes. The huge window and west-facing rooftop terrace provide views over the roofs of the lively historic district, and delightful sunsets invite you to dream. The apartment is modern yet cozy, with many self-designed and crafted furniture pieces, complemented by a beautiful larch wood floor that harmonizes with the over a hundred-year-old roof beams. Both the bathroom with underfloor heating, a luxurious corner bathtub, and a separate shower, as well as the guest toilet with WC and urinal, are tiled with natural stone. The loft is centrally located, with most shops and many restaurants within walking distance. The same goes for public transportation (bus 2 min, subway 4 min, S-Bahn 10 min), Oktoberfest, the traffic museum, and the beautiful trade fair park. (Maximum occupancy 6 people)

Our house is decorated with a lot of love and offers plenty of space for several adults and children. But even without children, our house is perfect for an active and/or relaxing vacation. Directly from the front door you can go to the mountains for hiking, cycling, to the lake for swimming or shopping.

Thus, you have 100 square meters with a terrace. We have 4 beds in each of the outer yurts, so there is space for 8 people. In the middle yurt is the common room that invites you to chill. You can cook either directly at the covered fireplace or in the wooden hut. Shower and toilet in the construction trailer.
