Lovingly furnished 52 sqm apartment located directly on Lake Tegernsee in St. Quirin. The newly furnished apartment is the ideal starting point for exploring Lake Tegernsee. A swimming beach is across the street. On foot you can reach our local mountain, the Neureuth and the Tegernsee high route. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room and bedroom and an XL bathroom. A 30 sqm terrace overlooking a park-like garden invites you to linger.

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

Our small farm is located in the beautiful Isarwinkel. The area is the starting point for numerous mountain and cycling tours, as well as small hikes. Family-friendly attractions are also nearby. In winter, you can visit the nearby ski & cross-country areas. In the area you will find many shopping & refreshment options. The train station is about 2 km away and the specialist clinic Gaißach is about 3 km from our farm.

Central apartment in Bad Tölz

From this centrally located place, you are in no time at the beautiful Isar promenade and in the historic old town. You can do everything on foot. A car is not absolutely necessary. Parking is available right in front of the apartment. A perfect place to stay to explore beautiful Bad Tölz with all its sights and the beautiful mountain landscape. Also ideal for nature lovers and athletes!
