Sarah's house is very nice and cozy, the heating is very strong, the problem is sarah can also reply and solve it in a timely manner, the room is very comfortable, the layout is very good, the neighborhood is very nice, the environment is very nice, we like it, we recommend everyone to stay, if we have the opportunity, we will definitely come again.❤️

Wow, what a wonderful stay! The hosts were extraordinarily friendly and helpful. They greeted us when we arrived, offered local recommendations and answered all our questions throughout our stay. The apartment (and entirely building) was wonderfully decorated and maintained. It felt very high end. The location of the apartment was less than a block from Lidl and two blocks from the ‘center’ of Garmisch, which made it very easy to walk to get groceries, coffee, dinner, etc. Most importantly, the views out of the dining room and off the porch were INCREDIBLE. We spent much more time in the apartment than we expected because it was just so lovely. We would absolutely return again and recommend this apartment to anyone!

Super equipped apartment with everything you need. Incredibly friendly hosts - we have rarely experienced anything like this. Cozy beds, well-equipped kitchen and parking right in front of the door. Practical starting point for activities and due to the central location all shopping around the corner.

Great little apartment perfect for our stay. Unfortunately, the guest cards arrived too late so that we could only use the public transport to a limited extent. But it was not the fault of the landlord but that of Innsbruck Tourism... It would be better to come one day before arrival. Everything else was great !

Hello, we were very satisfied with the accommodation, a lot of space, an extra space for children to play. Great as a starting point for skiing and cross-country skiing. Thank you and we'd love to come back.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely 4-bedroom house! The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing, yet conveniently close to shops and amenities. The garden is beautiful and well-maintained — we especially enjoyed using the BBQ and spending evenings on the patio. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, great for cooking and gathering. The host was absolutely wonderful — very responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

As expected, the owner was very helpful and friendly. We were able to stay there with relaxing very much. The location is good as it is close to Munich, I have no complaints, it is very comfortable and I want to recommend.

We had a great stay in Gallzein! The cottage is quietly located and perfect for a few days of relaxation in the mountains. The equipment is basically completely fine, only in the kitchen we would have liked a few more bowls/functional pans. But absolutely not worth a point deduction, you could just bring them yourself next time. A car is mandatory and to get from A to B or to go shopping, but that's normal. 😊

We stayed two nights at Rü's place. Everyone was super satisfied, it was very clean, well-equipped kitchen and the well-kept property with water access was excellent for quick cooling. I'm sure we weren't there last time.

We had an incredible stay at Andrea’s place! From the moment we arrived, Andrea went above and beyond to make our visit special. The house was perfectly located to walk to the bus stop and ride to the base of Kitzbühel mountain for skiing. Andrea’s dog, Brunello, was super friendly and got along wonderfully with our dogs. The private, fenced-in yard was a great bonus, allowing our dogs to play and get their zoomies out while we relaxed. Every morning, Andrea made us a delicious breakfast at the times we requested, and she made sure we had passes for the bus and train to explore the area. Her hospitality truly made our trip memorable. We would absolutely recommend this place 10/10, and we’ll definitely be back to stay again for skiing in the area.

We truly enjoyed staying at Hubert's Lisl apartment. The apartment is modern, spacious and extremely clean. The A/C on the bedroom made the stay very comfortable in July and the washer and dryer in the basement were convenient and easy to use. Holzkirchen is about a 35 minute drive from Munich and being outside of the city made it easy for us to visit various parts of Bavaria: Salzburg (1hr 15 mins), Hallstatt (2 hrs), Neuschwanstein Castle (1 hr 45 mins), Berchtesgaden (1 hr 15 mins), Garmisch-Partenkirchen (1 hr 15 mins), and Innsbruck (1 hr 45 mins). There are supermarkets, restaurants and a McDonalds in Holzkirchen. It is actually located in Foching, a 5 minute drive from downtown Holzkirchen. It is very peaceful and has a rural feel. Hubert's instructions were easy and communication was always quick. We made wonderful memories of our stay and were very happy with our choice.

We felt extremely comfortable and would have preferred to stay for 2 weeks. Everything you need is sufficiently available. Our kids loved it too. We will be very happy to come back if we are around. Great apartment, great hostess. And the view from the balcony is simply divine. The only "drawback" for us was the bed was too soft. If necessary, the mattress could be replaced here. Otherwise everything was great and Bettina was a great host!

We had a great time in Dagmar and Burkhard's apartment. We were very warmly welcomed and the apartment is very nice and thoughtfully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is very quiet and it is still only a 2-minute walk to the train station and the lake. Fully recommended.

Great location really enjoyed the village feel

Loved our stay here while in Munich. This apartment comfortably kept the 5 of us. The location can’t be beat, walkable to Marienplatz with many delicious restaurants on the street below. Comfortable beds and plenty of space to stretch out.

We were in hiking for an extended weekend. The apartment was lovingly decorated, it was all very homely. The only drawback we noticed is that there were a lot of stains of mosquitoes or flies on the walls and in the master bedroom there was no shade on a window, which is why it is already very bright there early in the morning. Not so great for families with kids waking up by light. But so you had a lot of 😀 the day, the apartment is really nice and quiet and there is everything you need in everyday life. In addition, everything was super clean, including a fridge.
