The rooms are located on the 1st floor. The first room is the fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher and TV and access to the balcony. The second and third rooms are each double rooms with a shower and toilet. It is not a locked apartment but all the rooms can be locked individually

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several unequal stairs, is located in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. Our small farm is located in the beautiful Isarwinkel. The area is the starting point for numerous mountain&bike rides, as well as small hikes. Excursion destinations, for the whole family, can also be found nearby. In winter you can visit the nearby ski&cross-country skiing areas. In the surrounding area you will find many shopping& refreshments. The train station is about 2 km away, the Fachklinik Gaißach, about 3 km from our farm.

The apartment Linda is a modern, spacious 1 room studio, which has just been lovingly and modernly furnished by us in Bavaria. My place is in the beautiful Isarwinkel in Upper Bavaria, surrounded by mountains and meadows. You'll love my place because of the quiet location in the midst of our unique hedge landscape. We have an agriculture with dairy farming. Especially children love to pet the little calves and play with the cats. But it's also a good retreat for stressed couples or business travelers.

We converted my father's former carpentry into two apartments. One of them is reserved for you. In these special times, we pay even more attention to the cleaning, disinfection and ventilation of the apartment. A day break is taken between the individual bookings ( arrival and departure) in order to have sufficient time for the measures.

Our cottage is located in a secluded location on our cottage. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a grain store. The large terrace is for our guests' own use. Garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue are present.
