Villa holiday rentals in Bad Tölz

Alexander’s home was the ideal spot for our group to relax and venture out into the city. The location right next to the U6 was the most convenient of any place we have stayed! Communication with Alexander was wonderful, and the home was clean and stocked with linens on arrival. Only note was the room with the largest bed is off the kitchen in an open concept style which was a bit unexpected. We would be happy to return!

Wir haben mit 3 Familien insgesamt 5 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht. Wir wurden herzlich vom Gastgeber begrüßt und haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. (Fast) jedes Schlafzimmer hatte sein eigenes Bad, sodass jede Familie die nötige Privatsphäre hatte. Besonders gut hat uns der Ausblick, die Sauberkeit und die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche gefallen. Der Kaffeevollautomat hat Morgens ein herrliches Aroma gezaubert und die frischen Brötchen vom ortsansässigen Bäcker (Lieferservice!) schmecken uns ausgezeichnet. Auch die Umgebung mit den vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (Zell am See, Sommerrodelbahn Kaprun, Blausee, Rutschenweg an der Maiskogelbahn, usw.) hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

A complete house in a small neighborhood, very tidy and clean, with 2 toilets and 2 showers, 40 minutes from Innsbruck, and an hour and a half from Salzburg, with easy access. The ground floor has a bedroom with a shower, and the first floor has 3 rooms. There is a small terrace outside. Thank you, everything

alles war super! allerdings haben wir bei der Buchung schon direkt bezahlt ohne dass man es bestätigen könnte und eine kostenlose Stornierung war nicht mehr möglich. dies hätte man vorher ankündigen können. die Möbel sind ein wenig alt und duschgel war auch nicht da. die Küche ist dafür gut ausgestattet. die Umgebung ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig und wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt. die Dorfbewohner waren auch sehr herzlich.

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt. Das Haus ist großzügig und gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Betten sind außergewöhnlich bequem und garantieren erholsamen Schlaf. Die Lage ist ideal – ruhig gelegen und dennoch nur etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

My son and I stayed in this apartment for 4 days while swinging through Munich. The host was incredibly responsive, and provided us with excellent local restaurant recommendations. This listing was specifically for the top two floors of the large home, and the lower floors are always vacant, so we had the place to ourselves and it was quite private. The kitchen had sufficient pots/pans/cutlery, and the cupboards had sufficient stock (salt/pepper/coffee). This weather was rainy while we stayed, but the outdoor deck looked like a great resource. One small thing to be aware of is that the main floor bedroom is a "walkthrough", in the sense that you have to walk through it to access the apartment bathroom. But for families this works just fine!

Excellent place for family vacation! Good for family with kids. Great Value for money! Very good location! Next to main street! Parking space is good! Host is responsive and cooperative!

We hadden een verblijf met 4 volwassen en 3 kinderen. Het huis was heel groot met ruime kamers en voldoende parking. Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig en het was echt proper. Het enige minpuntje… volgend jaar is dezelfde periode al geboekt.

Wir waren für einen Mädelsurlaub im schönen Waschhaus in Grassau. Der Ort ist total niedlich und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Standort ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen vor Ort, aber auch Tagesausflüge zum Königssee oder Tegernsee sind innerhalb einer Autofahrstunde erreichbar. Der Chiemsee ist "nebenan" und auch dort gibt es reichlich Möglichkeiten. Das Haus war super schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

I had been eyeing this Airbnb since winter, when I saw its lovely Christmas decorations in the listing photos. The host clearly puts a lot of thought into the place, and it seems like the decor changes with the seasons. This time, we stayed here as a stopover during our hiking trip to the Alps, and it was a great experience. The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Munich and the Alps. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive—always happy to help with anything we needed. We were also warmly welcomed with a thoughtful gift, which made us feel truly cared for. It’s a cozy and well-equipped space, ideal for families or small groups. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

We stayed here with our family of 12 people ages 5-82 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is beautiful and the town of Garmisch is fantastic. Tons to do, absolutely stunning location, easily walkable to a million things. We hope to be back.

Wir als große Familie haben uns in Ulrichs Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet mit einer hochwertigen Küche und modernen Bädern. Es gibt überall drinnen und draußen gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten und einen schönen Garten mit Tischtennisplatte. Ulrich hat uns mit vielen Tipps und Materialien versorgt und sich zusätzlich um unsere besonderen Bedürfnisse gekümmert. Wir danken herzlich dafür und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Vielen Dank für die schöne Unterkunft. Wir waren mittlerweile das 2. mal zu Gast und fühlten uns wieder sehr wohl. Wunderschöne idyllische Lage, super Ausgangspunkt für sämtliche Aktivitäten und Ausflüge, perfekt zum abschalten. Sehr grosses gepflegtes Grundstück, welches sich gerade mit Hund super anbietet, da ringsherum eingezäunt.

Was für ein traumhaft schöner Rückzugsort mitten in der Natur! Die Suttenhütte ist nicht einfach nur eine Unterkunft – sie ist ein liebevoll gestaltetes Zuhause, das mit so viel Herz und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist. Einfach mega. Jeden Morgen wurden wir von einem neugierigen Fuchs begrüßt. & der Sternenhimmel ist ne Wucht.
Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt und gespürt, dass wir hier willkommen sind. Es ist ein Platz zum Ankommen, wohlfühlen. Dieser Ort schenkt Ruhe, inspiriert und lädt zum Träumen ein. 
Von Herzen freuen wir uns schon darauf wiederzukommen.

We could not be happier with our stay at Hotel Villa Ludwig. The private villa is an entire private residence which is both luxurious and historic. The staff are lovely and treated us like family from the moment we arrived. They ensured that all our needs were met, were very responsive, and took the time to answer questions and make helpful recommendations. Fresh breads with butter, honey, and jams were delivered to the Villa each morning, and they even included gluten free options. The property is at the base of the Neuschwanstein Castle, so the location is very close to both castles in Schwangau. It is also close to local restaurants and stores. We would highly recommend staying at Hotel Villa Ludwig and plan to stay here again. Thank you to Jessica and her colleagues for making our vacation special and for being so gracious and hospitable.

Wir hatten einer super schöne Zeit, in einem traumhaft schönen Haus. Die Sauna reicht für 3 Personen was uns genügte. Kommunikation mit dem Host war freundlich, nett und vor allem schnell. Parken ging problemlos direkt vor dem Eingang. Und der Spar (Supermarkt) ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß.

Прекрасный дом в прекрасном месте. Совет для путешественников: Точно следовать правилам дома и наличие ТС обязательно, т.к. дом расположен удаленно от магазина и озера. Очень хорошие хозяева, с Киарой были разрешены все проблемы лучшим образом. Обязательно внимательно читайте правила в ваучере и вам обеспечен райский отдых.
