Unsere moderne und gemütliche Privatwohnung im Dachgeschoss eines Dreifamilienhauses lässt keine Wünsche offen :) Die offene und lichtdurchflutete Studiowohnung (68m²) im Dachgeschoss umfasst Wohnbereich mit Smart TV, ein großes Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche, Schlafbereich mit Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank, zwei Kommoden, Kleiderständer sowie eine offene, komplett ausgestattete Küche und einen schönen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit. Das WLAN ist natürlich inbegriffen. Auch für "Langzeitmieter" ideal :)

Die Bushaltestelle nach Würzburg ist in nur 5 Minuten erreichbar, ebenso die gute Autobahnanbindung über Gramschatz. Auf Wunsch auch Übernachtungen mit Frühstück möglich.
