The apartment covers 90 square meters and is practically and comfortably designed. It features a bathroom and an additional guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for cooking. There are two bedrooms in the apartment. The master bedroom is spacious and inviting. The second bedroom is multifunctional: It provides a workspace and a cozy couch, making it ideal for a home office or as a guest room. This layout is suitable for couples, small families, or professionals working from home.

Sleeping sleepers

Idyllic accommodation for nature lovers in an exceptionally quiet location – nestled among forests, meadows, and vineyards. The surrounding area invites you to relax and enjoy nature. Also an ideal base for trips to Würzburg or the beautiful surrounding area. A village shop with a café is located right in the village. The bus stop to Würzburg is just a 5-minute walk away, and there is also good access to the highway via Gramschatz. Overnight stays with breakfast are also available on request.

Central in Hanau: private room + bathroom and parking

CBD location in Hanau with free parking. In just one minute, you'll be in Hanau's pedestrian zone, near various bus routes, and a quick walk from the market square. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no lift!) in Hanau city centre. It has a separate guest room (with a 1.60 x 2.00 m bed, a chest of drawers and a TV) and a bathroom for our guests. The kitchen and dining room may be shared. Important: The room may not be booked for third parties. If you book, you should come!

Two houses are available to choose from – the main house Berghof with restaurant and reception as well as the quiet guesthouse Fuldaquelle.
