Unsere moderne und gemütliche Privatwohnung im Dachgeschoss eines Dreifamilienhauses lässt keine Wünsche offen :) Die offene und lichtdurchflutete Studiowohnung (68m²) im Dachgeschoss umfasst Wohnbereich mit Smart TV, ein großes Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche, Schlafbereich mit Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank, zwei Kommoden, Kleiderständer sowie eine offene, komplett ausgestattete Küche und einen schönen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit. Das WLAN ist natürlich inbegriffen. Auch für "Langzeitmieter" ideal :)

Idyllische Unterkunft für Naturliebhaber in besonders ruhiger Lage – eingebettet zwischen Wäldern, Wiesen und Weinbergen. Die Umgebung lädt zum Entspannen und Genießen in der Natur ein. Ebenso ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Würzburg bzw in die reizvolle Umgebung. Ein Dorfladen mit Café befindet sich direkt im Ort. Die Bushaltestelle nach Würzburg ist in nur 5 Minuten erreichbar, ebenso die gute Autobahnanbindung über Gramschatz. Auf Wunsch auch Übernachtungen mit Frühstück möglich.

Ihr habt 3 Schlafzimmer (1x für 2 Pers. , 2x für 4 Pers.) jeweils mit eigenem Bad (bodentiefe Dusche) und Küche (2-Platten-Herd, Mikrowelle, Minibar, Wasserkocher, Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine). Die Anlage ist teilweise barrierefrei. Max. 18 Personen. Hunde sind willkommen. Diverse Zusatzleistungen gegen Gebühr. Sprecht mich gerne an.

If you are in Frankfurt or Bad Vilbel for business, we offer a real alternative to the big hotels. Whether trade fair guests, family visit or visitors to the Bad Vilbel Castle Festival, all guests are warmly welcomed and will find a charming accommodation with us. CBD location in Hanau with free parking. In just one minute, you'll be in Hanau's pedestrian zone, near various bus routes, and a quick walk from the market square. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no lift!) in Hanau city centre. It has a separate guest room (with a 1.60 x 2.00 m bed, a chest of drawers and a TV) and a bathroom for our guests. The kitchen and dining room may be shared. Important: The room may not be booked for third parties. If you book, you should come!
