Lovingly renovated single house with 80 m² of living space has been inviting families to relax since November 2019, whether for a cozy weekend or an exploration of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda and a cozy garden with large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

The cozy flat is in the center of Lübeck near of the river. The house is from 1800 with a typical stairs of this time. It is the house of the entrance of one of the passageways of Lübeck. The most attractions are within walking distance. You have your own bath and cooking area, a dining room and a bedroom. Just a few steps you have restaurants, bars and little shops. In the summer time you can swim in the crow pond, where a bathhouse is. You can have boatstours, visit the Hostentor and more.

Die Wohnung ist für 1 bis 4 Personen eingerichtet. zusätzlich vorhanden : 1 Hochbett für Kind/Teen + 2 Schlafsessel. 2 Baby-Reisebetten vorhanden Fussläufig erreichbar sind 2Spielplätze, öffentlicher Nahverkehr, Bäcker, Discounter und die Innenstadt von Bad Schwartau inkl. Kino, Restaurants, PKW-Ladesäule Typ2 etc.

The bright, sunlit terrace apartment in the heart of Lübeck features two lovely rooms, a bathroom, and an additional walk-in wardrobe. The generous sunny terrace invites you to relax in the greenery. The living space is approximately 50 square meters. Parking spaces are available directly in front of the building. The historic old town island, the Wakenitz, and the city park are right outside. The Baltic Sea is about 12 km away. Children as well as beloved pets are welcome.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

Between the Baltic Sea beach and Lübeck, our apartment is on the upper floor of a house built in 1926. The stairs to the apartment are wooden (not silent). The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The public transport takes you to the beaches and to Lübeck. The apartment has its own parking space, small garden with terrace and its own entrance. Charming old building apartment in the historic center

Our apartment is located in the middle of Lübeck's old town in a typically pretty gabled house from the Renaissance. From here, you can easily reach everything on foot – the famous Holsten Gate, the museum harbour, the Gothic churches and the many small alleys and corridors that meander across Lübeck. The bus stops right outside the front door and takes you to the beach in less than half an hour.
