Half-timbered house in Wehlen - Apartment

The town of Wehlen is located in the Upper Elbe Valley in the heart of Saxon Switzerland National Park. The tranquil health resort looks back on almost 800 years of history. The market house is a historic gem and is a listed building, designated as the first hostel of Saxon Switzerland. The house frames the market square in the reflection of the market church below the historic castle ruin. The vaulted cellars date back to 1527, while the main house was built in 1734 in the Franconian half-timbered style.

Our cozy vacation home is located in the heart of Saxon Switzerland National Park on the outskirts of Bad Schandau and is therefore the ideal starting point for many excursions: hiking and climbing in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, tours on the Elbe Cycle Path or relaxing in the Toskana Therme! The small wooden house is quietly located on a large meadow property, surrounded by greenery. Our guests particularly appreciate this idyllic location, the good accessibility and the coziness of the accommodation.

The house is located in the Kirnitzschtal, directly on the Kirnitzsch, a tributary of the Elbe. The spa park of Bad Schandau, which offers peace and quiet, is right outside the front door. In the immediate vicinity is also the stop of the historic Kirnitzschtalbahn. The city center and the Tuscany Spa are a 5-minute walk through the city park. Vacation home at the spa park

Our apartment is located directly at the spa park in Bad Schandau. There are numerous restaurants, supermarkets, the Toskanatherme, the Kirnitzschtalbahn, the historic Sendig lift or, for example, the National Park Center in the immediate vicinity. Directly from the property you can hike to the Schrammsteine, the Kohlbornstein or the Rathmannsdorfer lookout tower. All other highlights of Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland can be reached quickly by car or public transport.

Unsere schöne Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss, liegt direkt an der Elbe und ist ca. 75qm groß. Sie bietet viel Licht und Platz, komfortable Betten, eine wunderschöne Aussicht, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen privaten Parkplatz. Nach einer langen Wanderung oder Fahrradtour lässt es sich wunderbar auf dem Balkon am Wasser entspannen. Wer noch Lust hat, kann 5 Minuten spazieren gehen und die Muskeln in der Therme entspannen.

Apartment 3 in our Villa Bohemia offers you a spacious living area, 3 bedrooms with double beds and an en-suite bathroom. The apartment also has a separate kitchen and a large dining room for shared meals. This apartment has a spacious, sunny terrace and a balcony. These offer plenty of space and are perfect for relaxing. Whether you are traveling with friends, a small group, or as a family. Everyone will find their place here.

Villa Monsei - Maisonette dream in the national park!

As early as the beginning of the 20th century, our vacation home was considered a popular overnight destination (Logis – Villa Olympia). As part of a loving renovation, the villa was repaired and a total of 5 apartments were created, which invite you to relax and feel good. The house is located in the heart of Bad Schandau: 5 minutes' walk to the center, 10 minutes' walk to the Tuscany thermal baths and other facilities.

Königstein Cottage

Small, cozy apartment with a large natural garden that you can use on the south side of the Königstein Fortress. The apartment can be used for up to 4 people. In the house there is a fireplace for the cool days and in the garden you can barbecue or simply enjoy the great starry sky at night. There are plenty of climbing and hiking opportunities in the area. Please note that there is no Wi-Fi in the cottage.

Shepherd's wagon tiny house - parking, garden, Wi-Fi

Our shepherd's wagon is located on our Kraxlerhof, in the middle of Saxon Switzerland overlooking the Ochelwände. With a lot of love, we have now completed our shepherd's wagon at the end of July 2022 for up to two people. All hiking destinations are easily accessible from our farm. We are happy to give you interesting excursion tips around the hiking region of Saxon Switzerland.

Mountain farm with a breathtaking view

We live in Saxon Switzerland National Park on a 200-year-old farm in Bielatal. The farm is located at an altitude of 400 meters. From here you have a magnificent view of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. We lovingly converted the middle part of the old cowshed with the hayloft into the apartment. It is part of the large restored 4-sided farm.
