The apartment is on the first floor and covers 80 square meters. It was completed at the end of 2024 and furnished with a lot of love for detail. In fact, there was an orthopaedic shoemaker's workshop in the building for almost 60 years. Our garden, the beach and the Werratal bike path ensure relaxing days.
